After reviewing my order, she told me I was picking up a modem, router, and a mobile hotspot. I explained that I had only ordered home internet and was not expecting or requesting a mobile hotspot. Despite my clarification, she repeatedly insisted that the hotspot was included with my plan. I became concerned when she asked to access the settings on my personal phone, stating that she needed my phone's serial number to activate the hotspot. I declined because I did not understand why my personal phone was needed to complete a home internet equipment pickup. At that point, I was told I would need to contact Spectrum and have my equipment shipped instead. Immediately after leaving the store, I called Spectrum Customer Care to verify what I had been told. The representative advised me that they were unfamiliar with the process described at the store and said my phone's serial number was not required to pick up or activate my home internet equipment. I returned to the store a second time and was assisted by Andrew. I explained what had happened during my previous visit. He initially told me that he would also have to set me up with a mobile hotspot. I then asked to speak with the store manager. Andrew responded that there was no manager available. When I asked for the manager's name, contact information, or when they would be working, he said he would try reaching another manager through the company's internal chat. After a brief exchange through the chat system, Andrew clicked a few buttons on his computer and handed me exactly what I had originally ordered--a modem and router, without a mobile hotspot. This demonstrated that the additional service was not required for me to receive my internet equipment. Based on my experience, I encourage customers to carefully review their orders and question any additional products or services they did not request. In my case, politely declining the unwanted service and asking to speak with a manager resulted in me receiving only the equipment I had originally ordered. I hope Spectrum reviews the sales practices at this location to ensure customers receive accurate information and are not pressured into accepting services they did not request.

Carlos, whom I have dealt with on numerous visits here, was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. Carlos always provides GREAT customer service, and I truly appreciate his dedication to assuring that other customers and I leave the store happy with whatever they were here to do. Be it with cable or internet service, the purchase, or issues with cell phones and/or equipment returns, Carlos and all the other employees will always do their absolute best. Once inside, they took care of me immediately and the equipment return took less than 5 minutes. Fast and easy experience with no funny business! Unrelated to the particular store but I wanna rant about Spectrum: Was a Spectrum family previously at my old house and for 8 more years on my own account after I moved since that was the only good service available in my new home area at the time. Canceling my service took longer than I felt should on the phone... the agent on the phone kept talking to me and did all the typical sales guy talk to get me to stay. This is a great business. My previous experiences with cable/tv/internet etc service providers had been dismal. Constant service disruption, speed spikes and crashes, price increases and shilling for extras and unnecessary services. Not the case with Giggle Fiber. The service works, they increased the price once (by $5) in 5 years, outages are brief and seldom and best of all they leave me alone. I do not track my speed for the service and cannot say if it is consistently what is advertised. The good thing is I don't need to because everything works. I can stream a movie and work on my laptop while my kids play video games and my wife watches something on her phone with a tablet on and everything will work like it's supposed to. If you live in Monrovia or surrounding neighborhoods with service available I would recommend it.

Then out of the blue, zero services - no Internet (we have jobs and kids who need access for school) and since TV came over the line, none of that either. Every morning, noon and evening I'd get a text saying restoration of service by X (i.e. 4pm the same day). After a day or two that showed itself to be a straight lie. No human to talk to on the phone, either. This baiting fraud went on for two weeks until we switched back to Spectrum. They owed me $7.01 per their recurring bill and kept it for months and months instead of just sending me a check. Eventually they sent a prepaid MasterCard I never requested containing my $7.01 which, if I activated, screwed me over with annual fees, etc. I finally got in touch with someone in the Philippines who said they'd send me a check; haven't gotten it yet - been about a week. Frontier is about the worst company with which i've had the displeasure of doing business. Shady and unfair business practices at every turn, in my view. Stay always unless you're a masochistic glutton for punishment. Consider yourself warned.

The rep explained that after the contract, the 3 HD boxes for the TV were $15 each per month - I said whoa - after a year you have the gall to charge us for depreciated technology items ?? Ambiance/Decor: Ambiance is nice with limited amount of seats Service: Service was snail place when I last went to the shop last week. They were understaffed where there would be 2 - 3 reps working at one time when there is a total of 5 workstations. Recommendations: It would be nice if they had a express line for pickup and drop off of equipment. Something simple like that shouldn't take two hours to return.
