Jimmy is a professional, a man of God, a pererson with integrity, and a humble heart. Quickly did he offer to make things right and I gladly gave him the opportunity. He checked my file and clarified the financing wonky loan statement by the finance company. Everything was cleared after I spoke with the goofy finance company. After I explained to him my first day experience and my zoning situation, Jimmy refunded me $419. Jimmy when beyond and with persistence to make thinks right and have a happy customer. Their website listed evaporator coil cleaning as included, but the office said it was extra. I sent a screenshot, Jon personally responded, thanked me for catching the error, said they would fix the website, and honored it at no extra charge. They came out today and thoroughly cleaned both my condenser and evaporator coils with no extra charge. It's refreshing when a company actually stands behind what they advertise. She stated that Anthony would come out the very next morning and see all options available. The very next morning, Anthony had completed a thorough and detailed estimate with pictures attached. The pricing was a lot lower than I even imagined, especially after dealing with another AC service provider (which I will never do business with again after the great service and pricing from Anthony and the crew). Was scheduled to have work start by 9/1 but received a call from Anthony advising that his crew would be out a day sooner to help with the heatwave. A new AC unit and furnace were installed along with everything that goes with it. They even did some drywall work! Anthony and the crew at Diamond Air are our go to ac and furnace providers. They stand behind their work and their great customer service makes it easy to do business. Shout out to Howie as well. He came out in February to check something another ac company scared us about. We got quotes from a couple of vendors. The day after we received the quote from Booming Air, the HVAC blower failed in the middle of a heat wave. Tony, from Booming Air quickly responded. He secured the required permit and replaced the system for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Tony to anyone needing to have the HVAC repaired or replaced.

A technician by the name of Leo came to her house and determined that the issue was with her Google Nest thermostat. Their boss even called me up the next day to raise his voice at me because I had the audacity to leave him a 1 star Yelp review. I'm so grateful I found Trevor's company online. I begged him to send someone out on a Saturday - so rare! But Eduardo came as promised, spent an hour thoroughly examining our unit, confirming there was no electrical issue, but gave us the honest diagnosis that as our unit was so old, it would be extremely difficult to source parts. He said he could put a bandaid on it and keep revisiting the issue or we could invest in a new unit and even lower our electricity bill that way. We took the second option - and we are glad we did! AJ, Pablo and Marco came bright and early on Monday to work on everything. As I worked from home, I did not hear a peep from them. They did everything quietly and were a well-oiled machine. They were so thorough and took the time to explain things to me and my husband. They were genuinely happy to do their jobs. The 3 of them did so much back-breaking work all the way till past 6pm.
