Mostly everyone was nice and informative. Their prices are great too and once you are called you are seen for everything just about right away. It is a little distracting when you go back for your appointment because everything is out in the open. There's no private rooms or anything, just chairs couches and tables. Everyone everywhere all at once. Talking, drilling, walking, signing.. all of it. I've never seen anything so chaotic in my life but it was pretty cool not gonna lie. It's lively. I took off a star because I guess it was still weird for me and felt more like I was waiting in the dmv than in an orthodontics office. Will most likely be back though.

That says a lot! So when my retainer broke, I gave Dr. Johnson a try as we just moved to the state and are starting fresh with doctors. The care that this place has for every detail really shows. Anytime you are back in a chair, there is a TV above you to help take your mind off of the work. I just was fitted for an impression but I pictured myself as a scared teen. Dr. Johnson walked me through everything that was going to happen and was with me every step of the way. I just felt comfortable and safe. I really wish Dr. Johnson was around when I was a kid! When it came to billing, everything was laid out and thoroughly explained. I've been to dentists/orthodontists in the past who are so vague with how billing works and it's frustrating. This place is the real deal. You can tell how much everyone loves what they do here! They also do a free consultation for first time patients. Highly recommended!
