Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. We have a lot of Thai expats and work and they frequent here. We went one day and it was jam packed but we had a nice booth. We were seated quickly and they took out order shortly after. This is a nice, clean place, maybe a tad on the fusion side but the food looks solid. Portions vary from small to normal. The thing I liked was that they have Khao Soi which is a less common Northern Thai dish. It was really delicious and hit the spot. I did not get a chance to try Thai Tea or mango sticky rice. Next time. I usually get Pad See Ewe, Pad Thai, or Pad Kee Mao at Thai restaurants. Will have to try here and compare. Will be back. read more

Overall, this was a 50/50 experience. When I walked in, I noticed a decent number of potential diners, but no one was around for seating. I ended up just following the crowd and picking my own table. It looked like there was only one server. The place isn't big at all, so I'm not sure how things got overlooked, but anyway let's get to the food. I will say this everything came out fresh and really hot, but the dishes seriously lacked flavor. Keep in mind, I've spent two weeks in Thailand and tried every mainland dish that's referred, , so I know what a good curry tastes like and this, my friends, was not it. The curry was extremely watery and had almost no flavor. You don't even taste curry at all. The roti appetizer honestly needs to be taken off the menu. It's not even worth mentioning, but here we are. Tough, no flavor basically like construction paper dipped in dyed water. The wings were fried perfectly, I'll give them that, but there was no seasoning. They were lightly coated in sauce, and even then nothing made them memorable. My entree was the Chicken Curry Noodle, and this dish was just... weird. I know it's prepared a little differently in Phuket, but personally, I think the cabbage and fried noodles completely ruined it. Even if the cabbage was meant to complement the dish, it still felt unnecessary. The curry itself was basically watered-down paste. I don't understand how something can be known for curry when you can't even taste curry. Also, that bowl it's served in please get rid of it. It makes the dish harder to enjoy. A simple medium bowl would've been perfect. Eating watered-down curry out of what feels like a genie lamp isn't my (or anyone's) idea of good dining. Definitely last on my list. This place was pretty good. My son and I were looking for a thai place close to him and this is where we ended up. We got the crab puffs and chicken wontons to start with. They were ok. My son and I both ordered curry and the curry was good. We both enjoyed it. What I loved about it was the dishes that they served them in. They were so pretty and elegant looking. The service here is as impeccable as the food. The staff genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. Horrible service & RACIST. Stay far away if you are black woman trying to dine alone. I was just told by a gentleman to basically get up and move after one gentleman told me to go and sit anywhere. Second, the flavor of the pad see ew was not what I was used to and not something I enjoyed. I couldn't finish this. Pad Khe Mao with Chicken First off, chicken was dry and not cut against the grain. Second, the sauce was a bit too sweet and the flavor was not what I used to. Better than the pad see ew but far inferior to the pad thai. So it was for that reason I was excited to see my favorite protein and as an optional topping for pad see ewe. Crispy pork belly, costs extra but hey, it's crispy pork belly. Except it wasn't. Wasn't crispy. Wasn't butchered well. Instead I got a huge piece of decidedly uncrispy, cold 100% fat. There were other remnants in the pad see ewe of pork belly but without sear, definitely not crispy. When I expressed my concern to the server, I was rewarded with a blank stare and not an offer to take it back and recook, replace the protein or adjust the bill. No attempt to right the situation. Grams and I ordered the same items we had the last time, catfish sauted with veggies, chicken friend rice, noodles and added the chicken yellow curry, while hubby and son ordered the crab fried rice. Had held off going to Charm due to the mixed reviews. Not sure what the deal is with the numerous complaints of poor/rude service, but we experienced nothing of the sort. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and efficient. Food was very good, though on the milder side for us. We realized after the food arrived that they never asked us what level of spice we wanted - which would have been "thai medium". Anyways, some chili oil solved the problem. I was taken a back by the coconut curry soup I had, I went with the safe option pad thai and honestly was satisfied with flavor and the amount of protein I got in the dish. This was the most terrible experience I've ever had in my life. It does not deserve any stars, because the service was horrible. And I will never go back!! Looks like the people who work there do not want to work. First, there was no one to greet us when we arrived. When we were finally seated, an Asian lady approached and asked what we wanted to drink. I inquired about the available juices, and she looked at me and said they are in the menu. I asked again, and she repeated that it was in the menu and told me to look there. Later, she brought our drinks and just placed all three at the end of the table without a word. Later, a man came to take our order but didn't bother to explain anything, even when we had questions about the different spice levels. When the food arrived, the same Asian lady announced the name of the soup and placed it in front of me. I told her it wasn't mine but hers, and she responded, "You can give it to her," then walked away. The rest of the food arrived cold. I asked for an extra plate, and she responded with confusion. I had to repeat myself three times before my husband finally said, "Can I have an extra plate?" She then brought it and threw it in front of me. When the food finally arrived, no one came to check if everything was okay. After about 15-20 minutes, a the guy came to ask how everything was. Even the sprite tasted bad. it had no bubbles and looked like it had been watered down. My husband had to request the check, and we had to wait a long time for them to take the cc to charge.
