This review is of the AutoZone in Palmyra…read more My power driver's seat somehow became stuck in a much-too-far-forward position as I was making my way through Maine, en route to Montréal. On a whim, I stopped at the Autozone, where they advertise "free advice." The employee I spoke with offered to come out to the car to take a look, and had pinpointed the problem within a few minutes. A small button-cell battery had somehow gotten into the rail on which the seat moves. He fished it out and all was well again. I offered him a $20 bill but he wouldn't take it even on my third and fourth tries. He just kept smiling and telling me to spend it on ice cream for me and the kids. He didn't make any money for Autozone with this, nor for himself, but he made a traveling family very happy and relieved. So we sing his and the company's praises!

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!…read more Renata & Brad were incredibly helpful when my car's battery died! They helped me select the right battery for my car and later install it. They went out of their way to help me install the battery after the store closed! I had already tried AAA and jump starting the vehicle to no avail. The car alarm simply would not shut off when I tried jump starting the car earlier. Renata and Brad quickly and professionally changed the battery and stopped the alarm from going off, after hours at my college! They refused to accept any additional payment and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend the Waterville AutoZone & Renata & Brad's service.

Bath Subaru wasn't able to even look at the car for 10 days, so we tried Charlie's. Andy in the service department agreed to have the car looked at the same day, despite being fully booked on a holiday weekend. They were not able to repair our car, due to having to order a part. However, Andy gave us a detailed report with his head mechanic assuring us the car was road safe (just no off-roading for us!). We were there for a little over an hour. Thanks, Charlie's Subaru service department for saving our vacation!

I know it would cost 40 total anywhere in the southern us. took them 1.5 hrs and cost 165 total for a part that costs 16 dollars (autozone). it was 2 welds whats the big whoop? UPDATE....(reduced from 2 stars to 1) So I went to get my inspection 2 months later and everything was fine except it was leaking exhaust where Maine Auto had welded it. The guy said they used the wrong type welding rods and so he cut out everything and rewelded it for 30$ in 20 min. I do not recommend this place ever.

2025 RAV4 Hybrids have been hard to get in the Portland area. I called Charlie's and they were able…read moreto get me one within a few days that met my specifications. Shannon, our sales guy, was pleasant and knowledgeable, and even came in on his day off so we could pick the car up at our convenience. He walked us through getting CarPlay set up and through any of the features we were not familiar with from our 2020 RAV4 Hybrid. Michelle, the Finance Manager was also very pleasant and made all of the paperwork easy. They also have a nice perk with free car washes for the life of your car, but we live too far away to take advantage of them, though will swing in whenever we head north. All in all a positive buying experience and I would definitely recommend Charlie's Toyota to anyone looking to buy a Toyota.

I just finished my car shopping experience and although I did not end up purchasing from Charlie's…read moreToyota, I still wanted to leave a review because I had a great experience here. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to look at the differences between some different models and trim levels. Shannon, the sales guy who helped me, was extremely helpful. He clearly explained and showed me the differences between everything I was interested in looking at. We spent about 20 minutes and in that time I was able to determine what model and trim levels I should narrow my search to. Shannon was not pushy at all, gave us space to look, and was extremely knowledgeable. Getting an in-person look at the sizes and trim levels here at Charlie's Toyota was the most time well spent of all my car shopping experience. They ended up not having the used inventory I was looking for so I purchased elsewhere, but the time I spent here was instrumental in my decisions. I definitely recommend working with Shannon!

We called multiple times, no response, so we made an appointment online and was rejected at the counter because their online services aren't working, alignment equipment not working, and computer not working so cash only. Why was the customer in front of me accepted for a walk in for something more labor intensive when all I needed were my tires changed? I had to schedule an appointment over 10 days out now and when leaving an employee put a cigarette in his mouth at the front desk and walked out, three staff were outside goofing off lifting wheel parts and three staff on assuming a break when a dozen customers are waiting seemed like a serious lack of professionalism. The manager wouldn't even come and give me an explanation to the mishap. The woman at the counter went to ask the manager what to do and blamed me for not calling and they had several appointments for the same time. It is not my fault their systems aren't working and I was rejected to leave my car to be worked on at their convenience. Permanently taking my money and business elsewhere this was the worst service and experience despite constant effort as a customer.
