They were all truly professional, respectful to my property, and did an amazing job! Truly! Brian was my lead contact, and he suggested some options that really made me feel good about my purchase. I had 314 Roofing install a solar powered fan on my roof. They surveyed my roof and attic and…read morestated that an exhaust fan would get my attic temperatures close to the ambient temperature. However, I only noticed a 6 degree drop in temperature. I informed them of the issue and unmet expectations; only to have their representative re-inspect the house and tell me that there is another separate issue causing my excessive attic temps. When I asked why the initial issue was not identified, the representative just shrugged. From my perspective, I spent $1,800 on a solution that was ineffective and possibly unnecessary. At best, I would say that their solution was misrepresented - but I just feel lied to. Given the experience, I would not trust them with a larger project or recommend them.

I called ASAP; they initially advised that they were behind on schedule (makes sense due to the hurricane) so it would be a few days before they could get to me. Fortunately, once I gave my address they realized someone was in the neighborhood and they came and gave me a quote that same day. Wow! The quote was a fraction, I mean like an insane fraction, of what was being quoted to me by multiple parties. They also advised my roof had several more years left on it before I needed to consider replacement. The roofer was here within the time frame he advised, did one more final inspection to ensure he was fixing all the necessary areas and discussed them with us, finished and explained what he had done. I was so happy to have found them! I do recommend their services for anyone in need!!! Fair rates and great service!! I will say - hold on to the expectation of perky service, the gentleman I dealt with was very direct and to the point. By no means rude at all, quite the opposite, in fact. But also not the preppy secretary from the Houstonian. I will be using them in a few years when it's time to replace my roof.

I sincerely regret hiring Superior Roofing Specialists (owned by Christopher Luviano) for what…read moreshould have been a simple roof repair. He initially quoted about $1,600 but reduced it to $600 after giving me a verbal two-year warranty, which was never provided in writing or honored. After the work was completed, he said he would send the invoice and warranty, but despite six weeks of repeated follow-ups, I only received a basic invoice with no warranty information. He also offered a referral credit of $250 for small jobs and $750 to $1,000 for full replacements. I referred someone who received a full roof replacement, but I did not receive any referral payment or acknowledgment. If you consider their referral program, I recommend getting all terms documented in writing. Communication was inconsistent. When he needed the job or payment, he responded immediately, even on weekends and late at night. After payment was made, he became difficult to reach and often did not respond for days. After I posted an honest review, the situation escalated. He called me multiple times at work and raised his voice during the call. When I asked about the unpaid referral, he became defensive. Later that night, around 10:15 p.m., he asked to "come talk," which led me to believe he was coming to address the unresolved leak or the referral payment. When he arrived, he raised his voice, used inappropriate language, and refused to leave my property until asked several times. He continued raising his voice as he walked away. The next morning, I began receiving calls and texts from strangers responding to a "free cinder blocks" Craigslist listing that included my phone number. This listing appeared shortly after he left my home. My personal information was also used to sign me up for unwanted services on several websites, which caused significant disruptions to my workday. Following this, I received text messages from another number containing aggressive and threatening language, including: * "Wait till I'm done with you." * "You have no idea what I'm capable of." * "You're too dumb to realize you're in danger." * "You won't have to wait long." * "That goes for your mother too." These messages referenced a senior citizen in my family, which made the situation especially concerning. Consumers have the right to post factual and honest reviews. Businesses may respond publicly, but they should not use a customer's personal information, appear at their home uninvited late at night, or engage in behavior that may cause fear or distress. These actions fall far outside normal business practices. This has been one of the most stressful service experiences I have encountered. I did not receive the written warranty, I did not receive the referral payment, and the situation escalated in a way I did not expect. I strongly recommend getting multiple estimates, verifying terms in writing, and carefully selecting a reputable roofing company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Superior Roofing Specialists. I want to make it explicitly clear that I do not want Superior Roofing Specialists (Christopher Luviano) or anyone associated with this business near my family or my property under any circumstances. I do not trust them or their intentions, and any attempted contact, visit, or presence near my property will be considered harassment and will be documented and reported. I am sharing my personal experience to inform the community, and I am prepared to take all appropriate legal steps to protect my family and property.
