So Charley was mine and my wife's favorite sandwich place for like 5 to 10 years.. So if you try to call this establishment umm phones disconnected or they keep the actual number under armed guard so no phone contact.. Also place looked dirty, sneeze guard glass nasty looks like they never cleaned it, everything you can see from the customer side of the counter look greasy and untouched. Then after ordering and asking for extra sauce on both sandwiches, both dry as the Mojave so I had to turn around drive back and ask for more sauce that I previously paid for and the lady gives me one of each for a large sandwich hmm. Ok... And even with the sauce added it's still dry overcooked and not what Charley's used to be sad to say this place fell off bad deserves the 1 star completely.. read more

I love the food here, always very fresh and made to order. Cashiers are always very polite. But I feel it's always very under staffed. The cleanliness of this place needs some MAJOR work and improvement. I can tell there's no management running this restaurant. Floors are dirty, seems as if it hasn't been mopped in weeks. Beverage station is disgusting. The chef had no hair net on. Her hair bun looked like a nappy palm tree. She was the only employee on, and had no sense of urgency to clean. Mind you we were her only customers. Food was cooked within reasonable time. The food was good that's the only reason for the second star. After shoping a bit in the mall I Went here for a quick bite to eat with a friend and sat down, only for MULTIPLE COCKROACHES TO CRAWL OUT OF THE WALL NEXT TO US. so disgusting. I don't expect mall food to have the most care, but for cockroaches to be in your dining area?? climbing out of the walls???? When we told workers they feined shock. we never saw anybody go over and do anything more than look at the roaches. Passed the place on the way out of the mall and still saw the roaches climbing on the wall. Save your $20. read more

Been here a few times and the service is always pleasant and food comes out it in a timely manner. The food is always hot and delicious. I haven't tried the wings, so I can't really rate those, but as for the sandwiches and fries, 5 stars for sure. read more

The staff are quite rude. I walked up and the cashier looked annoyed that I wanted to order. I ordered and not to be a Karen but she then went on to have a full conversation with a coworker instead of giving me the receipt when it printed which you need in order to get your order number, thus get your food. It was loud so I didn't hear them call my number and when I went to see if the food was ready everyone behind the counter seemed very annoyed that I hadn't grabbed it. I'm on the opposite side of the very loud restaurant. They are getting 3 stars because I have been to this location once before and that time was a better experience. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just too packed. I'm not giving 4 stars though because the food we had ordered was not as full as other Charlie's locations. The shorter older woman behind the counter was incredibly rude to my wife, when she inquired about our daughter's order of fries as we had all received ours but hers. we had to eat out in the main food court because though empty, all of the restaurant's tables were filthy. On 7/16/2021 I bought subs my bill was $39.54 but unfortunately they charged me $91.56 . I talked with manger's they told me they can charge me again $39.54 and and i get it back full amount $91.56 and then they told me it show up in my credit card details if not come back . I wait it for 4-5 days then i went back talk with manager . They told me you can go through with your credit card and file dispute. I filled dispute but when my bank contact with them they told to bank the charges are right . What the fuck i paid arround $132 for only $39.54 . In the triple digit weather of the summer my Fiancé and I decided to go to Charley's for our favorite vegetarian sub and cheese fries. There were three managers at the register. It appeared that they were going over some new changes on the menu and practicing how to ring the items into the system. We were looked at but not addressed as the minutes passed by. No one said "we'll be right with you" or a mere "one moment, please". After a while, they finally got the hint that they should probably serve us to therefor make a profit. So let me start off by standing in line the ambiance of the restaurant was horrific. There were at least 5 tables that had food and used dirty wrappers and food items on the table for the 5 mins I was in line. After we sat down we also noticed a spilt beverage on the floor that they didn't clean up until we finally sat down and even after that it was still wet and sticky. As we waited for our food we noticed the soda machine was leaking all from different places and growing mold and mildew from the bottom of it leaking. The air filters on the ice machine look like they haven't been cleaned in years as well as the air filter on the ceiling. The glass where you order from looks like it's never been wiped down or cleaned ever. The whole time waiting for my food it was grossing me out that I almost threw up my food thinking of the dinning room area looks like this, what does the kitchen look like? I threw away my soda, after seeing what the ice machine looks like, I rather not risk getting sick. The customer service was absolutely terrible and I even paid for extra sauce and they didn't give it to me. The food wasn't all that great I've been to this location prob 3 times within the span of the past 3 years and every time I've come here it get worse. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ITS DIRTY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
