We've customized our platters before by increasing the portion of the protein or the fries or reducing the rice and for the price that was good too when we felt like changing it up. We love the chicken chopped cheese sandwich as well - it is mild but it is definitely the less greasier and messier version of the rest. We also love their hot sauce and white sauce. We have gotten extras and purchased the jar version once as well. The other items we have tried are the tenders, fried sandos, and some of the other sides + milkshakes. They are good but not as good as the platters imho.

This establishment is a food truck, but the food is truly restaurant quality. My family ordered a variety of entrees and burgers, and every single dish was outstanding. The meat was packed with flavor, and the rice was perfectly cooked. Now the real boss here are their sauces -- absolutely out of this world! I highly recommend this place. Was not a fan of the choice of chips but being a good sport, went with the flow. The sandwich was so filling, could only eat half. The cookie was a nice touch. When in the mood for a great tuna sandwich, I would definitely give Subway a try! This was a catered order for a group of 30 people.
