However, the staff who serviced my order was so gracious that I was honestly taken aback - I had never been treated so special for such a quick interaction with just a few kind words. All this to say that the smallest moments do make a big difference in the food space and because of this staff, Fluffies has earned my deep loyalty. The hot dog buns were just ok...they didn't hold up to contain the toppings, which was a little disappointing. Tots were great. My two lunchmates gave a mixed review...one loved his two dogs and the other liked the dogs, but was just so-so in the toppings and the buns. You can't please everyone I guess.
