And that's only because my friend went to the counter to ask about the status of my order. Otherwise, I'd have never received my order. There were no other customers in the restaurant. The woman who finally brought my smoothie to me did not take accountability for anything when we complained how long it took. She simply shrugged her shoulders, said, "I don't know... it (the order) just popped up on my screen." and then she scurried to the back of the restaurant. No apology. Nothing. And there were several tables that needed bussing but didn't get cleaned for the 45 minutes we were there. Finally, the place could use a good cleaning. It's disgustingly filthy and smells awful. I'll never return to this place. If you want to waste your time and money, feel free to patronize this godawful place.

We placed two orders of mac and cheese and a salad. We sat there for probably 40 minutes until we even received the first order. Prior to receiving our order, a worker in the back was screaming very unprofessionally about a conversation she had with her therapist. We were not being loud or rude whatsoever, just going over vocab terms and flash cards. Shortly after receiving our food, a sweet worker came over with a drink and handed it to my friend. Before my friend could tell her it wasn't our drink, the worker walked away. My friend went up and told them politely that we didn't order the drink, and they responded by telling her "that's why we don't take s***" . She tried to explain but they wouldn't let her speak. Overall, I would not come back and wouldn't have come in the first place if I knew this is the way that we would be treated.
