We went here after walking through the mall. Friendly staff! The girl explained the options. The lemonade flavors are amazing. I wish we were closer just for those! The Philly cheesesteaks were good. Very filling. We ordered that and the deluxe fries. We had leftovers and were so full! I'm glad we went. We live way too far to make this a frequent thing, however those lemonades are amazing. If we ever are nearby, we will definitely try it out! read more

Charley Charley Charley what did you do!???? Who doesn't love Philly steaks, the gooyness of the cheese, the hair raising taste of good seasoned quality beef enveloped in some semi pull apart moist bread? You didn't deliver Charley, sorry Charley ( Tuna fish reference). I ordered the Philly Cheese with no bell peppers (yuck!) but kept the mushroom and cheese of course intact. The bread was great, had that resistance where you had to tug a little to pull it apart and the cheese had a good noticeable flavor. Even the mushrooms, especially the mushrooms made it all the better but there was just something that seemed to be missing from the beef. The portion that you pay for is decent but maybe my taste buds didn't feel like sandwich today. The bacon cheese fries were pretty good and you also get a decent amount. The cheese wasn't a runny goo that would run off of the fries but just a texture that would stick to the starch and say " Your mine, I'm clinging to you whether you like it or not". Overall flavor on this was a 4 star. This is one of the food court chosen ones that you come upon as you enter the North side of Brazos Mall. read more

Food is excellent but the service stinks. Cashier did not know how to redeem coupons. Lady that was cooking was very rude and disrespectful.

The food was GREAT but the service.... I was standing at the counter for about 5 minutes before they even realized I was there! I finally placed my order and she walked away before I could pay! She walked to the back for a couple of minutes while I stood there waiting. By the time I paid my food was ready and sitting there getting cold. The cook staff was polite and quick. Now I usually love the food and drinks there and the workers there are usually good working people and are usually good with service there. But today, me and my mom went there to eat after we got done running an errand or more so we went there to eat but things there just were a little off. There was a lady there who I was told that was the boss there, she was the boss there at this place for years from what I was told by someone in my family that told me. And it looked like she training a new guy but this lady boss was a little hard to deal with, I was getting my fries but I couldn't find the salt shaker, I asked the lady where it was, she told me that it was at the front but the salt wasn't there, till I found the salt shaker near the register and it was empty, this lady lied to my face, and accidently grabbed the wrong sandwich and told them that the sandwich wasn't ours or wasn't the one we ordered, luckily we found out who the sandwich belonged to and the customer that it belonged to was kind and understanding about the mix up, thank heavens too. But the lady boss was just not very helpful on this situation. The new guy she was training saw that there wasn't any salt so he gave us salt packets for my fries which was nice of the young man. So far, the new guy fixed the situation which was a great deal of help for me, my mom, the customer I mentioned, and for the customers themselves from what I witnessed. The lady boss didn't show any anger or hostility but I think she needs to mind her surroundings and make sure that the salt and pepper is at the front pickup counter that the customers usually see it at and the lady boss needs to at least make sure that a mix up doesn't happen with anyone's order or at least she needs to be nicer and double check things so we don't get an order mixed up or so there's no complications because she lied to us where the salt was and she wasn't very helpful and we almost got someone's else sandwich by mistake. The new guy seemed to know what he was doing and he fixed the situation and cleared everything up. I praise the new guy that was there but the boss lady could do better. read more

Every time I have come here the food has been excellent and service is pretty fast. Not quite a fan of the chicken sandwiches, but the Philly Cheesesteak is worth it. read more
