I've never had anything quite like it. The restaurant has a cozy, homey atmosphere, and the comfort food really matches the vibe. The only dish that fell a little short for me was the fish and chips. Since it's one of their signature items, I expected more. The batter was a bit too doughy, almost like it was slightly undercooked, and the fish itself was a little dry for my taste. Our waitress was friendly and made us feel right at home.

What a great pub!! I thought I was back in Ireland! The…read moreatmosphere is akin to the neighborhood pubs in Ireland. The menu is quite diverse for a pub: burgers, sandwiches, pasta, wings, shepherds pie, bangers and mash, Scotch eggs, etc. All of it is delicious. I would guess that they typically do, however we visited on a night that had a college football bowl game on. Even as crowded as it was, service was spot on. Can't wait to visit again.

There's ambition in the variety, though not always cohesion. Seafood leans heavily on tilapia, which appears disproportionately across the fish selection. Not inherently negative, but noticeable. The ribeye, priced at $33.95, carried mixed execution. tender in parts, but inconsistent with noticeable dry sections. The scallops arrived cold, which significantly disrupted what should have been a highlight dish. Service was not the issue. Atmosphere was calm, controlled, and easy to sit in without distraction. The space itself does not fight the experience. it simply holds it. In totality, the restaurant lands in an uneven space: capable, sometimes enjoyable, but inconsistent in execution where it matters most. 4/5. good, but not well. -L.T

I made a reservation for this restaurant as soon as the books opened (January 2nd) for valentine's…read moreday. I had heard so many amazing things about this place. That the food was amazing, the ambience was great, friendly waitstaff. First of all, we came in 30 minutes early for our 7pm reservation. We went inside and asked if they had our table ready, which they didn't (which is perfectly fine understanding it is valentine's day and it is quite early for our reservation). Our waiter said she would come and find us when our table was ready. With nowhere to sit inside, we waited outside on a bench. About 15 minutes before 7 it started pouring rain. The outside deck is covered, but it was so windy and raining so hard it was blowing on us too. We waited for a while hoping she would come and find us for our table. Nothing. 7pm rolls around and we go inside to check up on it. She finally leads us to our table and it's wet (indoor table). She has to wipe it down and then gives us our menus. Our waiter seemed scared of us?? She rarely came to check on us, only when necessary. Staff was walking around so quickly they were brushing us as they walked by, and even blew out the candle on our table. The lights were flickering all night long. The table next to us were asked to leave since they "needed more tables". Salad came out, 50% of it was onions. Also the smallest salad i'd ever seen. And then my meal came out. about 5 minutes before my boyfriend's meal did. i included a photo of it. i ordered the garlic and shrimp stuffed ravioli in alfredo sauce. Tell me why there was FIVE raviolis. FIVE!!!! That's 10 bites of food minimum. And it didn't even taste that good!!! And that 10 bites of food was $25?? Are we being so for real right now???? I came to that restaurant expecting to have leftovers for the next day and instead left hungry.
