As I am sitting with my wife eating I see the guy who just made my food come to the front and he's wearing slides. Today I came in to buy a sandwich. I asked the gal behind the counter if they had a hot pastrami sandwich. The gal behind the counter didn't know what that was. I then asked if they had any hot sandwiches? She still didn't know what I meant. Clearly this ain't Subway. I choose my sandwich, as she continue to bark "anything else". Once my sandwich was made. Remodeled and very appealing ambiance. Fun times and good food. The manager actually bought us the Loaded Fries, which are now my new favorite! The bowl of Shrimp Bisque was wonderful and plentiful. Night shift employees are awesome compared to days the customer service was excellent!! The food was wow!! It was made just as I asked no mess ups! The serving is enough to satisfy and healthy so no regrets here. I usually stick with the lettuce wraps as they have less calories without the bread and taste delicious! This place is sparkly clean so are the restrooms. Free refills here baby that's what I'm talkin about!!! I will most definitely keep returning here so worth it!! read more

Came in a month ago and sat at the bar they did not know how to make anything but premixed drinks or beer I couldn't even order a signature drinks featured on the menu, asked to speak with the manager. A visibly intoxicated tall african American women came and said the bartender knows refused to give me her name and then preceeds to verbally abuse an employee while cursing and walked away dismissively. New site, maybe growing pains but the sandwich I picked up had stale bread, very little cheese, no tomato (I specified extra tomato) and no mayo. I'll try them again in a month or two but I was not impressed with the order I received. I have always loved Jimmy Johns and my experience has been great until tonight. After 20 minutes I finally called to check on my order. I was trying to be polite and just get an update. The manager took the phone, yelled at me about there being a ton of deliveries and only one deliverer. I said ok, thank you. Then he hung up on me.
