Small Buc-ee's, but management does a good job of bringing the charm with hot burritos, BBQ sandwiches, snacks, jerkies, beaver stuff, etc. The men's restroom isn't adequate for the volume of people going in and out. If line has to form for the only two sit down toilets and my kiddo has to go, it spells disaster! Not an ideal place if your kid needs to use the restroom and can't wait. They sell coffee (lattes, drip, etc.) at this location and it has a drive through. Convenient! If you are deciding on which burrito to get, just choose the cheese steak. It's so good! read more

I really wanted to like the Buc-ee's Beanery, but it's a no for me. Non-dairy options were limited. The staff was kind of rude. I ordered three drinks two without whipped cream. I asked for a pup cup, I know it's not Starbucks, but I technically paid for the whipped cream. Why not put it on a lid or something? Not one of us liked our beverage. read more

Love me some buccees! Stopped at this location after coming back from Galveston and it did not disappoint. Exterior was clean, as always a spot for the fur babies to do their business. They also have car wash at this location and a drive thru which is unique. They have all the items you would want except smaller scale. Some clothing, snacks, and of course their brisket and burritos. All freshly made. Highly recommend if you're in the area. read more

Besides everything buc-ee already offers; fuel, clean bathrooms, breakfast burritos, bbq brisket sandwiches, beverage wall, outdoor essentials, souvenirs and regular coffee.... This location has a Buc-ee's Beanery with made to order specialty coffee bar. I got a latte. Delicious! I also know my dog really appreciated the dog allowed green space at Buc-ee's location... it's a nice space for dogs to stretch their legs on a long trip. read more

Growing up in Lake Jackson, Texas Buc-ee's was just another gas and convenience store, which is grown into what seems to be a worldwide phenomenon. This particular one off Plantation Drive was one of the bigger ones that Beaver built that of course pales in comparison to the ones he builds now, along highways across the state of Texas and now out in other states like Florida and Alabama and Tennessee. This one is unique to Lake Jackson because it has a huge car wash and also a coffee bar where you can order several different types of hot or cold coffees. After filling up with gas, we ordered a cold caramel macchiato and I got a Dark roast and added Super Coffee caramel creamer (some sweetness without the carbs/sugar). They always have snacks that are unique, as well as all the regular stuff. Lots of drinks to choose from, fountain, or bottle, or even at the coffee bar counter. If you don't know about Buc-ee's, I'm not sure where you've been, but if you haven't found it yet, I would highly recommend stopping and experiencing it. read more

I live close to here and I wouldn't rate it any less than 5 stars. It's always clean. The staff is always nice and friendly. The bathrooms... amazing. Food is always fresh. May favorite thing to eat is the freshly made daily chicken and cheese crispitos, but add some chalupa to make is extra delicious! Specialty coffees are cheap compared to other places. They have a made to order menu and a small section of Buc-ee's souvenirs. 10 cents off gas if you purchase a trip through the car wash. Which is surprisingly fun. If you ever have a chance to visit, stop by. Actually, if you ever have a chance to go to any of the Buc-ee's, go! They're quite the experience. Especially the mega size Buc-ee's. read more

The Pearland location on 2234 needs to better train their Managers and Clerks on proper ID verification procedures for alcohol purchases. On Christmas Day my family and I stopped to buy snacks and alcohol. The experience was HORRIBLE AND EMBARRASSING after they demanded everyone in our group produce ID. It was 5 of us, including my 12 y/o daughter. My 27 y/o son with a full beard, left his ID at home but 3 of us had ID. He had placed one single Buzz Ball on the counter while the rest of us had several. She told us that he needed to produce ID or we couldn't buy any of the alcohol. My son asked "what about her?" referring to my 12 y/o daughter; she said "yes" and after we told her she was 12 she looked dumb but still tried to go with it. At some point the manager accidentally allowed the purchase ($50 worth) but when we were in the car backing out to leave, a Pearland Police officer pulled in behind and blocked us in. The officer stated the manager requested a Trespassing Warning be served because a sign was knocked over and items were thrown. This is false and he would not listen to our side of the story, he just kept requesting that someone produce ID to issue the TW. Our family has been going to Buc-ees since day one and we were completely shocked at the behavior and unprofessional response from this manager. People were walking by and saying things like "they always messing with Black people at this store" or "why they always messing with us here?" My daughter was afraid and so was my sons. We will NEVER go into this store again. I've reached out to Buc-ees through the website (no other way to contact them) but I haven't received any response. But-ees, yall gotta do better in Pearland. Your manager is weaponing the local PD against Black Patrons. Loyal Fans for many years. read more

Needed a safe place to rest overnight, have never had a problem doing so at Buc-ees. Unfortunately this time a manager starts knocking on the hood of my car, says I can't sleep there and starts walking away. So I arrived this morning 11-11-2020. Ordered two Croisant egg and bacon breakfast sandwiches. Total cost $7.54! Hmm! Got back to the Candlewood Suites. The Croisant was overflowing with bacon. You would think that this was a good thing. NOT! There was very little egg and after I scraped the excess bacon off and cut the Croisant in half it was just OK! Not a standard for the other Buc-ee's I've been to. The WORST Coffee EVER! Buc-ees is Seriously starting to Cheapen themselves. Went in to make a coffee and they now have some super Disgusting liquid and dry coffee creamer. They used to keep the Good name brand coffee creamer but apparently Cheap is starting to be the way to go with Buc-eyes in Lake Jackson TX. Suggestion for Good coffee: spend the extra money and go to Starbucks where their products are Top Shelf instead of worms coming out of the dirt. Employee attitudes could be better BUT given that their DM is such a Stiletto OLD Wicked Witch, I can understand why. The only complaint I have with Buc ee's is the parking lot trying to navigate on it from either the store itself or the gas station is awful. And some of our fellow drivers can be very rude. I was attempting to pull back out onto the road when this dually truck decided to come up on the parking lot. However, the driver was turning to wide and he didn't see me until it was almost too late. This person then begins to blow on his/her horn continually until I pulled out into traffic. However, his whole truck was blocking my view of the feeder road lanes. So, I could've easily been killed just trying to drive out onto the highway because of someone's inconsideration and inattention to what was going on the parking lot. My suggestion is if you go to this store be very careful when driving there. read more

I have tried multiple times to make this car wash work but it just doesn't. My car always has a ton of soap left on it and the automatic dryers don't dry your vehicle off long enough. It hardly ever gives you the car vacuum tokens up front and the vacuums aren't very good. Today I used #2 and the vacuum wouldn't suck up anything. I tried different modes and even took the attachment off. It is also hard to find an attendant to mention the issues. I hate doing a low review for the beloved Buc-ee's, but they need to fix their car wash/vacuum station. read more

Love this little Bucees! The coffee and smoothie bar with the drive through put it over the top! The frappe I ordered was one of the best I've ever had, as was the smoothie my daughter ordered. They also have a self serve coffee bar and small gift assortment, deli, and jerky. I wish our small Bucees in Richmond on Crabb River had all this, too. I love Buc-ees, however having 99% kids working for you leads to issues like, not knowing how to issue a credit for a returned knit cap. I don't want it, don't need it, but the hassle of trying to deal with even applying the credit to another purchase is not worth it! The young girl was so happy when I said, just forget it, I'll keep the hat!!!!! Tag and all still in tact. It's the company's loss because I was going to buy a sweatshirt that was considerably more expensive and decided that if the employees cannot manage a credit toward another purchase then I wouldn't buy anything else besides my typical drink and breakfast from now on. Now, for those of you that may not know, they have the best/cleanest restrooms of any convenience store around. The bakery and food bars are excellent. Fountain drinks have Lime, Cherry and Vanilla add-in options. I am in no way discounting the good side of Buc-ees and I will continue to support their business but I will be careful in purchasing anything I cannot eat or drink in the future. read more

As far as gas stations/convenience stores go this one takes all. They are famous for immaculate bathrooms (great thing to be known for if you are a gas station!) Going here is just a cultural experience. There is a traffic jam to get a parking spot in the morning. I guess everyone stops there on the way to work like me. Any drink you want, any snack you want, many cashiers so the wait is short and fast. Great. read more

Their bakery case is always full of flies. I told the girl and she just looked at me, then after about 4 minutes she walked over and opened it to shew the flies away. I don't quite get the Buc-ees trend. I don't own a Buc-ee's t-shirt, bumper sticker, or hat. But, I will say It's an awesome gas station. After our first trip to Surfside this Summer, we counted five Buc-ees on the drive from Houston. After visiting this one for a quick restroom break in their infamously immaculate restrooms, we realized there was no need to pack the cooler beforehand. Now we just toss it in the backseat with some chairs and towels and hit the road. We seem to always pick this location because it's about 5-10 minutes away from the beach. They have an assortment of beers to choose from, a deli where you can order sandwiches to your liking (they even have vegetarian options), all the junk food your heart desires, and even a coffee shop with Starbucksesque drinks. The store stocks a great deal of Texas ephemera, manufactures or locally buys a great selection of country cuisine, and proudly proclaims the cleanliness of their bathrooms. What is little known is the chain also has perhaps the best touch free carwash I've every experienced. The $10 "Dirty Dog" is one of the few quick washes that can tidy up my car after several missed weeks of cleaning. read more

You won't find anyone just standing around looking down at their phone. They're always fully stocked and have the best snack food and sandwiches to go for the road. Great Store, my problem is the Gas Station. Price for gas was 2.159 a gallon and if you purchased a car wash it would be 205.9 a gallon. I purchased the car was but didn't get the discount!!! This is a smaller Bucc-ee's not like the other super sized locations. It's like an ok somewhat clean gas station convenient store, but the restrooms were inexcusably filthy. Especially since Bucc-ee's always pitches that their restrooms are the cleanest you'll find. read more

I visit Buc-ee's almost every day for their Blueberry Muffins and Americano coffee -- and I always leave well-pleased with muffin goodness.

Good prices, love the bakery/coffee bar. Cannot call them if needed (list card?). And you cannot clean your windshield.
