It was kind of early, but the breakfast options didn't sound that enticing to me, so a burger at 8:30 am it was. They had a few ordering kiosks which made it easy to choose my items. I got a double Shack Burger and a side of fries. They were out of shakes, which was fine by me. I don't frequent Shake Shack that often, but I was surprised to see they had several chicken options (chicken nuggets, sandwich, etc.) as well as the breakfast items. My order was done quickly and they called my name when it was done. It was packaged pretty well in a tray and the burger was wrapped. The bag they put the orders in are sturdy! The burger was excellent - super juicy, pretty greasy, seasoned well, and hot. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, and the cheese was melty. I really loved this burger! The fries on the other hand, were pretty bad. They weren't very fresh and kind of stale. I'd skip them next time but would definitely order another burger.

The order was received by Jason's Deli@ 5:29pm with the delivery time 6:11 pm. After not receiving my order by 6:30 pm. I called Jason's Deli Douglasville GA location. I spoke to a young gentleman who transferred when I advised I inquiring about my delivery order. He transferred me. Only for a woman to answer and I advised I was checking the status of my delivery order. She asked my name and placed me on hold. The young lady returned later to advise my order was cancelled. She advised the driver cancelled the order stating it was an hour and thirty minutes away. Per Google maps it advise my house was a 22 minute drive. Granted I understand traffic at the time the order was placed. My response to the woman was, so I will not receive my food and the order will not return to the store. She stated correct and she laughed. She explains that she wasn't sure how I was able to place the order because of the distance. And after 3:00 pm the delivery switches over to Door Dash. I explained to her, I the website and app only allowed me to order from the Jason's Deli Douglasville GA location. As I'm explaining this to her, she's laughing. I asked her for the name of the Door Dash driver that received the order. She kept saying he cancelled the order and she was trying to replace the order because she knows I want the food but she didn't have a driver available while continuously laughing. Then she states, I'm sorry for laughing. I said to her, this is not a laughing situation and nothing is funny. Again I confirmed, I'm not receiving the food, the food is not returned to the store and I would not receive the $40.24 refund. She said correct while continuously laughing. I asked for her name. She advised Estella. Estella keep stating I'm trying to reorder the items but it's not allowing her. I advised her, I placed the order for an executive and they were expecting the order, this is the time she stopped laughing. And somewhat displayed some remorse. It took me stating the name of the organization I worked for whom she was not aware of before she mentioned she would refund my money. I also stated, I'm sure my organization provides insurance to your company, how do you think they would react if the situation was vice versa. I disconnected the call with Estella laughing. I have worked for three major insurance organizations that have used Jason's Deli numerous of times but this was the Buckhead location. I'm not saying one location is better than the other, I expected the same treatment from all locations. The major huge disappointment was, I received no text, email or phone call advising my order was cancelled. Not to mention the information provided by Estella was iffy and I was able to continuously order from this location. In fact this is the only location I can order. Plus Google maps states it's 2.2 miles away from the residence for delivery. I must wonder if I didn't call when I did, would the Door Dash driver show my order as delivered knowing he never delivered my order. The fact Estella laugh during our entire conversation was unprofessional and her demeanor showed no concern. I must wonder if she understands how her lack of professionalism will affect Jason's Deli bottom line.
