Deb from the Aberdeen distribution center was the only person who reached out to help locate the package and made sure it was getting rerouted to the right store. Had it not been for her, likely this package would've never been delivered or sent back. The actual UPS customer service number was no help and could not tell me where the package was, only that it was "out for delivery." I had been in touch with Deb nearly every day until the package was located and properly redirected to a UPS access point. She was so sweet and helped remediate a very stressful situation! The UPS customer service number is actually useless and no one on the line could tell me what was going on. Deb and her team were the only ones who took the time to make this possible and luckily the package was delivered to the right location just in time for Christmas!

They have po boxs available for purchase. They also have greeting cards for purchase. They sell the regular stamps and boxes as well. They have some great staff that work at this location that are always willing to not only help ringing you up but giving you advice to help with cost on packages. The mailmen and women seem to be very nice as well. I have dealt with the mailman that delivers. I haven't ever had issues with him.
