    Reuben Sandwich + Fries. $12.00.
    Jeff M.

I like Charleston's. I really do. The food is good. But the prices are... certainly a choice... I feel like they're high for what it is. Like, $19-21 for a salad, or ~$50ish for a two people to have a quick lunch is wild. But then I look at everyone sitting around me and the NIMBY prices make sense. Not the staff. The patrons. It's giving... country club with plantation shutters.

It's not often I come to Charleston's, it's not because I don't like it but it's hard to get in my restaurant rotation. Last time dining here was 2023. This was always a work favorite to host a vendor luncheon or to have just a get together with coworkers. Needless to say I've dined here many many times. I've tried everyone of their salads and numerous entrees. I've never had a bad experience. However, I do not have an overall favorite. Today's option was to choose a sandwich. Earlier in the week I had a Reuben up in Tulsa and I was left unsatisfied. So time for a do over! This Reuben was much better than the earlier version I had. I love the fact that the dressing comes on the side and you can add or dip add you go. Plenty of sauerkraut and pastrami. I would have preferred the pastrami to be sliced much thinner but that's my personal preference. The Creamy Coleslaw was a nice addition. It was cold and fresh and paired well with the sandwich. The one thing I dislike is the noisy atmosphere. I get it there is nothing that can be done about that so just have to deal with it. It's hard to converse if it's a large group. Big shout to the servers!!! Dillon was our main server and I think he did a tremendous job with our table of nine! Those who assisted him were just as great as they quickly removed the plates from the meal. I will say that you can't go wrong if you're wanting to grab a good meal at lunch either with friends or business associates!

I love coming to this place. The food is always good and the service goes above and beyond. I normally always get a spinach artichoke dip to start. It's worth it! I tried a the grilled chicken club today. It was very delicious and flavor. The fries were crispy and salty too. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming.

Excellent Charleston's located off of Memorial - delicious food, amazing service and very stylish interior decor. Definitely recommended!

Heartbroken to find they've gotten rid of the Chicken Fried Steak. Definitely my all time favorite meal at Charleston's. Came in for a nice family dinner. We usually always start our meal off with spinach artichoke dip which is always tasty. I ordered the chicken fried chicken which has replaced the chicken fried steak and it was very thin chicken, more batter than anything. We enjoyed the complimentary bread (odd, because I've been to Charlestons over 20 times and I've never been offered this? It's a secret apparently.) classic sides for me are the glazed carrots and mashed potatoes, can't go wrong with these.

Waitlist heads up: We showed up after putting our name on waitlist through yelp and they said they don't use that waitlist . We were then put on another list. It would be helpful to remove this option from Yelp profile if this location doesn't use it. Shayla was our server and she was spectacular. I'm not just saying that, she was literally predicting our needs before we could even verbalize them. She also explained each menu item in detail with expert recommendations. The ambience was warm but energized with low lighting and lots of patrons. The food was on par with the above rating!

Our waiter was attentive and did a great job of explaining the menu, etc. I did feel he was subtly upselling simultaneously but it wasn't overkill. We started with the shrimp cocktail and it was a good size with very large shrimp. The horseradish was strong! One of my party took a big old scoop the first time, and it was quite entertaining. We all had the filet and it was one of the best filets I've had. Probably in my top 5, maybe even top 3. It was very tender and seasoned well. They put so much butter on it that your plate has a layer-I wishes that wasn't so much. For sides we had mushrooms, Brussels and a gratin potatoes. The mushrooms were really good. The Brussels were fried and just too greasy for me. Though the sauce on them appeared to be tasty. I didn't try the potatoes but I was told they were really good. For dessert we had the Mahogany cheesecake. This was pretty amazing! It's essentially their cheesecake with a crust (think creme brûlée top) around the whole thing. With some whip cream, chocolate sauce and some boozy berries. Pretty. Damn. Good. If I lived local, this would be my go to for a steak. If you're in town or local, go get some. You won't be disappointed.

I was delighted to find out that our hotel was only 2 miles from this highly acclaimed restaurant. Upon entering, I immediately felt the welcoming atmosphere. We were warmly greeted by the host. We got the Baked Chèvre for our appetizer. It was layered with flavor and a most delicious and perfect bite for a cold evening. My entree was the Rainbow Trout. The fish had crispy skin and was moist, flaky, and well seasoned. The broad bean mixture served with it was equally delicious. The hubby had Honey Roasted Lavender Chicken which he declared to be one of the best chicken dishes he's ever had. He even raved over the vegetables that came with it. Of course I also had to try dessert. I loved my warm spice cake with a scoop of ice cream and swirls of buttery caramel rum sauce. This was a nice touch, but the restaurant was nearly empty and they still sat us so we were like 3 feet behind one of two other tables. Since we were both on the same side of the booth, we were both staring directly at the back of some lady's head, which I'm sure made both tables uncomfortable. Overall a nice gesture though. The appetizers were kinda whack. French Onion Soup - Exactly what you would expect (in a good way). Burrata Caprese - Very uninspired. Big chunks of blandness. I usually get blown away by Burrata dishes. The Hamilton has one that tastes like crack. Symmetry's Burrata tastes and feels like something I made trying to use stuff in the fridge. Nothing wrong with it, just totally boring. $49 Steak Tartare - Because I am a moron I was intrigued by this absurdly expensive appetizer. When I playfully inquired about the price, the server acted like my question was preposterous because it's locally sourced filet or something blah blah, like I was supposed to know that (she was overall pleasant though). The "table service" is just a guy cracking an egg on it and mixing it together for 10 seconds (he was pleasant too). It also gave us both serious indigestion (avoiding TMI), which is rare for me because I have an iron gut. Maybe it wasn't the tartare, but if it was some other item, that's even more sus. I ordered the pork chop and my gf ordered the sea bass. Both were pretty good and impressive both compositionally and flavor-wise. I especially liked the red & green chimichurri; it kept things interesting throughout the meal. We ordered a variety of sides which were all decent. For dessert we got a cheesecake, which was yummy and it also had "Happy Anniversary" on it, which was sweet. I actually proposed at this restaurant so I will remember it forever, the good and the bad. The ambiance and vibe are great, but some things need some tuning. I don't feel like it quite delivers at this price point, but it's close. I get that sourcing is important blah blah, but that's background noise if the fundamentals are off. I would suggest scrapping the $49 Steak Tartare entirely as it is a lie, and potentially a biohazard, in favor of a normal Steak Tartare. The Burrata also needs to wow or at least be above average. Appetizers calibrate expectations and ultimately skew the rest of the meal, both positively or negatively. I like what they're attempting to do but it's not quite there in a city with so many good options at that price point.

First, it's real cheese and it comes with a black bean puree, salsa verde, and avocado thinly sliced on top. We loved it, especially my wife. If you're in search of a higher end dining experience in OKC, Cheever's is a must.

I came here with a large group of about 8 of us with a reservation made early on. We were seated in a nice, private room and had an overall very lovely experience! First of all, our server Trey was just spot on with all of his recommendations. He recommended the crab cakes, the halibut, and anything that came with the spicy shrimp risotto. Our table got crab cakes to start, and this was probably my favorite dish of the evening! The crab cake was large, fluffy, and full of lump crab topped with a spicy and delicious salsa verde and pico. For the entree I ordered the halibut which was cooked well, but the side of spicy shrimp risotto definitely stole the show (as Trey accurately predicted). Most of our party ordered this and everyone was pretty happy with it! For dessert, our table shared chocolate cake and the coconut creme pie. The chocolate cake was very rich and was probably one of the best chocolate cakes I've had, and I'm not a big chocolate cake person. I still definitely preferred the coconut creme pie, which I would order again next time! Our service was fantastic for the evening, and when Trey tells you to order something, trust him and do it!

We celebrated our anniversary and the service did not disappoint!…read more Reservations at 4:00, we were seated in a nice 2-top and wished happy anniversary by the staff. We tried their version of a salmon sushi roll, it wasn't bad. Rice was fried. Our steaks were so flavorful and tender! We decided to try the onion rings and green chili cream corn as our sides. I wished the corn was a little sweet. Onion rings were good but not the best I've had. Old fashioned cocktail was on point though! They delivered an anniversary multi-layered red velvet cake. Pretty tasty. I would definitely return and order the same steaks just with different sides.
