Asparagus
Teah W.

I came to eat on a Saturday night closer 10pm it was pretty empty and I got seated immediately. Our waiter was nice and the volume was very low. I had the Kingsland shrimp pasta and asparagus ,some of the asparagus needed to be cooked a little longer at the bottom, the steak wasn't too seasoned and I needed more Alfredo sauce which was accommodated. The shrimp was seasoned so good and the noodles were super tasty!

Had a lovely experience at outback. The food was great, fresh and tasted amazing. The wait staff were kind and prompt. The restaurant is clean and has a good atmosphere. I would definitely come back to this location!

Tim Tam Brownie Cake

We got there right at 11 o'clock and was immediately seated. Brooklyn was our amazing waitress. My husband got the sirloin and the lobster mac and it came with a side, and he chose Caesar salad. The Caesar salad was amazing, dressed to perfection, crisp, and delicious. The lobster mac & cheese was good, noodles cooked al dente, but slightly dry for our liking. There was four or five pieces of lobster on the mac & cheese, The lobster was tasty. The steak had a great flavor . I got the blooming onion cheeseburger with fries. The fries were piping hot seasoned to perfection. The cheeseburger could've used a little bit more blooming onion sauce for my liking and I thought the bun was slightly stale. We also got the Tim tam brownie cake which is a brownie, peanut butter mouse and a chocolate mousse with caramel sauce, and Tim tams on top, it was great. It was not overly sweet which we enjoyed. It was a great meal. We were the only ones in the restaurant till about 11:45 am.

Friday, April 7, 2023 This restaurant deserves five stars not only for the food but for the people. After suffering a disaster via a meal delivery service a call to the restaurant connected me with Jose the kitchen manager who went above and beyond to fix the issue. The delivery service should've been the one to correct this but they were too difficult to deal with. Through seeking resolution with the restaurant instead I came in contact with the most surprising and superb Customer Service I have not seen in a long time. The very next day I took my daughter to lunch and not only was the food absolutely wonderful but the service was exemplary! I ordered the Toowomba salmon and French onion soup and my daughter ordered the Barramundi. Both meals were cooked perfectly and delicious. Our waitress Taylor, gives Customer Service a personality, with her attentiveness, wit and charm. Both Jose and owner Corey Teel visited our table to assure everything had been resolved to my satisfaction. This type of exemplary customer service is not found every day. Next time you feel like a great meal and super Customer Service go to this Outback you will enjoy not only great food but wonderful people.

What ever you do, don't order for delivery and expect your steak to be cooked to order. We ordered Sunday, November 10, 2019 for delivery through Door Dash. Two 8 oz sirloins, one medium and one mesium-well. We got rare steaks. (See pictures) We also ordered a chicken strip dinner and the chicken strips were hard & obviously overcooked, and a caesar salad. The salad was packed in the bottom of the bag with the other food on top, not separate, same bag. Yum...warm salad . All around a terrible dinner that over $50 was spent on. If I had wanted to cook my own steak, I wouldn't have ordered.

Shrimp breaded with blooming onion batter

This was a convenient stop on the way back to the hotel so I gave it a try. Ordered chicken on the barbie with mushrooms and mixed veggies. Food was mediocre with overcooked chicken, soggy squash and bland mushrooms. The service was excellent. Too bad the food didn't match up.

Hey look Managers! Your staff needs help. Grab a dirty tray.

I go here whenever I get in the mood for a blooming onion. Other places say they have something similar, but it's just not the same.

We sat at the counter to avoid the 45 min wait and that was just fine. Our waiter Tyler was young and funny and super helpful. We really loved being inside this restaurant. It was just so much fun being there. We enjoyed their Dolly Parton Watermelon mixed drink special, where proceeds of this drink went towards a charity I honestly cannot remember the name of and we got to keep the boot glass. We each got two rounds. My wife loves fried okra and she gave it a resounding thumbs up. Their house sauce it's served it is served with is this thick, creamy, and chunky concoction that just works. Lamb fries... if you don't know what these are, they're sliced, breaded, and fried lamb testicles. If you didn't know what you were eating , you wouldn't know think anything otherwise. But hey when in Rome right? Look, they were good, a little gamey and funky but yea no regrets trying them. Be ready for big portions too. Our salads that came with our entrees were a nod to the lost art of the old-timey steakhouse. It came with that huge white chunk of iceberg that no one ever wants to eat and everything! The dinner rolls were exceptional as well but only because of the whipped butter it is served with. She loved her large and perfectly butterflied Fried Shrimp entree but at that point she was approaching satiation. My 16oz Prime Ribeye was exactly what I needed. In a world filled with bougey and aged-meat overpriced steakhouses, give me this steak all day everyday. Cooked perfectly off their grill with perfect crosshatched grill marks. The steak barely had any gristle and hit every note it needed to. Outstanding! Everyone should experience this wonderful slice of history when in OKC!

Wednesday night, Steve and I enjoyed a little midweek date night in OKC…read more We started our evening with dinner at Mahogany--and if you know us, you know Mahogany is our choice about 9 times out of 10 when we're in OKC. There's a reason we keep going back! No matter what we order, the food is always delicious, the service is impeccable, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and well taken care of. That evening, we had the pleasure of visiting with the manager, Tio, a couple of times during dinner. He was so friendly and personable and made a point to check in on us. After dinner, we left our car with valet and headed over to see The Outsiders. When we returned later that evening to pick up our car, Tio remembered us and even got us a soda for our drive home to Tulsa. It may seem like such a small gesture, but those little acts of kindness and hospitality are what turn a great dinner into a memorable experience. Wonderful food is one thing, but when it's paired with people who genuinely make you feel welcomed and cared for, that's what keeps you coming back. Thank you, Tio and the Mahogany team, for once again making our date night extra special.

Well I mean ok but we are about to order 3 75$ dollar steaks and appetizers . My parents ordered a different wine to pair with our appetizers, the waiter seemed kind of surprised that my parents didn't order the 250$ wine. So she took our wine and appetizer order. After she took it she went over and whispered something to another waitress. So about 15min later we got appetizers and no wine yet. We have already finished the appetizers and they still haven't gave my parents wine. So 40ish minutes later my dad went to the bar to order the wine that hasn't been served, and then the bartender gave my parents the wine. And the waiter never gave us wine. So now the steaks.. they were comparable to Texas rode-house. I ordered a bone in filet, and I asked for a medium rare. They bring to me and it's raw simply raw. I asked them to cook it longer and they brought it back like 10min later and it wasn't cooked any longer it was the same. Now to the desert, we ordered a chocolate cake. It was probably the best thing we ordered. It had texture and pretty good flavor. That's pretty much it, I hate to be negative about a restaurant.. but this one deserves a bad review. Like instead of eating here eat at culprits last time I at there it was amazing steaks were good and sushi was pretty good. So instead of spending 500$ on a pretty crappy dinner go eat somewhere else trust me.

I was delighted to find out that our hotel was only 2 miles from this highly acclaimed restaurant. Upon entering, I immediately felt the welcoming atmosphere. We were warmly greeted by the host. The inside is lovely, modern and well laid out. It's perfect for date night or hanging with friends. The host chatted with us, explained the restaurant concept, and answered all my questions. We got the Baked Chèvre for our appetizer. It was layered with flavor and a most delicious and perfect bite for a cold evening. My entree was the Rainbow Trout. The fish had crispy skin and was moist, flaky, and well seasoned. The broad bean mixture served with it was equally delicious. The hubby had Honey Roasted Lavender Chicken which he declared to be one of the best chicken dishes he's ever had. He even raved over the vegetables that came with it. Of course I also had to try dessert. I loved my warm spice cake with a scoop of ice cream and swirls of buttery caramel rum sauce. The cake was so moist and paired perfectly with the sauce and ice cream. Our wait staff was friendly and professional. I forgot to jot down names so I could give them a shout out. Excellent staff is always a part of an excellent dining experience. This was just a delightful experience.
