Scheduling appointments is easy to do online. I recommend Urban Nirvana and would come back again.

She was an employee for quite some time before purchasing it. She does amazing work, treats her employees and guests with compassion and is hilarious. She's a fun person to conversate with. My review is for facials and waxings. I have been here quite a bit over the last few months (currently sitting in their parking lot since I arrived early for my appointment that I have today!) Each time I've been in, the receptionist is always so polite and gets me set up in the relaxation area until my tech is ready. They offer drinks, set you up in a massage chair and put a warm neck wrap on you. I always see Fay. I trust her with everything she does! I've received facials, backcials, Brazilian waxes and eyebrow shaping from her. I am NEVER disappointed. She is the one to see if you come for a service. I will continue to book at this spa and with Fay. I highly recommend you do, too!

They provided us with exceptional service & made our experience one to remember. We opted for the "Heavenly Bliss" package which includes.. a head to toe Sugar Scrub.. then a shower... then a Therapeutic Massage along with an Ayurvedic Head Massage. Then we had some fresh fruit with tea... Oh my... What a treat. Finally a hydra boost facial. Our total time was about 3 1/2 hours of pampering. I had Laura for the Sugar scrub & Massage. She is brilliant at her job. She made me feel so comfortable and she hit all the "right spots". I had Aby (the owner) for my facial. Again an outstanding experience. Earthling Day Spa is a standalone women owned beauty/Spa business which has been operating for 38 years. How have I missed this.. a truly hidden gem. I didn't want a corporate facility & I certainly didn't want a Spa treatment at a local hotel. I wanted a curated independent experience and I definitely got it. They have parking right behind the building so you don't even have to worry about parking. All the staff make you feel so welcome & I will definitely return here. It's ideal for a girls day.. wedding spas..Mother daughter days and so much more. If you are on the fence just do it... you will not regret it.

I loved this spot!…read more Originally, I was nervous because I thought it would be more commercial than I preferred. I didn't want to be up-sold or have to look around the store unless I wanted to, but that wasn't my experience at all. Booked a Sunday 90 minute massage and Andrea was fantastic. If I'm ever back in the area, I would definitely stop by again. Andrea listened to what I requested, and provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience; highly recommend her! I also greatly appreciated that the facility had a plus size robe because that is typically not the norm and I greatly enjoyed being able to fully cover up!

Nobody ever answers, even though their website (and a response to an email) said that someone is there during certain hours to schedule. I ended up booking via email, but I didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card information that way. I told them I'd call and when I finally got through to someone, they had given up my spot because I didn't contact them in time... even though I constantly tried AND told them via email I couldn't get a hold of them. If you are using a Groupon, which I was, you have to give them the code off of it as well- so make sure you have that available or they won't book you. Second- the location is not well marked. The view on Google Maps and on their website is from the side. A view I didn't see from the street. I passed it three times before realizing which one it was. The driveway is tiny and there are only a few parking spots behind the building. It was a tight squeeze. Third- the inside is odd. You go in, up some stairs and are in a tiny foyer. They have some chairs and a desk set up. I didn't mind, however I felt cramped when it was me, the lady checking me in, another employee and a customer trying to check out. I felt like I was in the way, even though I was sitting in a chair. The room I was in for my massage was so bright and loud. They have a window facing Savannah Highway, so I constantly heard cars, trucks, horns, squealing, etc. The blinds didn't keep out the light and they didn't close the curtains. I was also very cold in that room. Fourth- Okay, the massage. It was absolutely amazing. The pressure was perfect and she checked in to make sure I was doing okay. I did not like her talking to me so much (not asking about the pressure, but about a lot of different random things) as this was my time to relax and zen out. While I did enjoy the massage, I don't think I'll be back. I am thankful for the opportunity to try it but it just wasn't a good fit for me.

Something they have, admittedly to my annoyance, plastered all over their website and in the lobby of the business. The ONLY negative I have for them at all). My masseuse was Caryn. She was warm, friendly and very caring. She asked me to fill out a form about my medical history, concerns and goals for the session. I then spoke with her briefly about what kind of massage I was looking for and she was HAPPY to help. It turns out her specialty is medical massage therapy so she was a great fit for my needs (pinched nerves and minor damage from a car accident a few years ago). She explained everything she was doing and checked throughout the session to make sure the pressure was okay. I left feeling like a new person. Yes, cliche, but entirely true. I found this spa that offers this service. I called them because they had a 50% off coolsculpting special for that month. Bri is the one who does the coolsculpting. She's the sweetest lady. She asked me where all I was concerned about. I told her I wanted my lower belly fat gone, and the fat under my butt to be less so my butt would stick out more. She said that the "banana roll" is what they call the under the butt fat, and mine is muscular. No need to coolsculpt there, she said. I did sign up for coolsculpting my lower belly fat tho. Best decision I've made this decade. My lower belly fat is significantly less fat looking than it used to be. I'm 200 pounds, but my belly looks like it did when I was 140 pounds. I highly recommend this service. While coolsculpting, I decided I wanted to talk to someone about my acne scars. Bri brought in Amanda, who recommended microneedling for my old acne scars. I'm here for my second round of microneedling today. It hurts a little, kind of similar to getting waxed in that it hurts for a little while but has great benefits that outweigh the pain. It feels like a deep exfoliation. She uses a pen looking thing to stab me a bunch of times with a bunch of little microneedles! She numbs my skin prior to the treatment. The hardest part is not wearing makeup for 2-3 days after microneedling. I have already seen a reduction in my wrinkles. I hope to see more of a reduction in my acne scars after this session. Amanda said sometimes it takes two sessions to see results. I paid for 3 up front. You get a deal by paying for your sessions all at once instead of one at a time. This place has a lovely atmosphere.
