Not only that, but the acrylic wasn't applied properly because, for the very first time, ended up with a green thumb nail. I couldnt tell until I went to soak off my nail to give them a nice updated look. I'm so very unhappy that I won't even want to give them one star as a rating. I will never return there ever. if you think that you can get to put up negative response on there web site or think you'll get any response from them at all with the dissatisfaction, you won't. they don't own up to poor workmanship, ever a green thumb nail. my Christmas is ruined by them because I can't put extensions on now because of a green thumb nail. They overcharge every set, once paid in cash and instead of asking if i wanted to tip just took all the cash and said have a good day. one time i didn't want them to rip off my grown out acrylics so i did it on my own at home and when i went in they judged and laughed at me telling me that's not okay, when they would've done the exact same thing.
