Tradition started this year... every…read moremonth we go to a new place and being that one of us is from leduc we went close to her home this month. Studio nails Elite was short staffed this day but still took all 4 of us in! They did not rush, they did not compromise their service, in fact they stayed past close to serve us. We were in no way rushed out and we appreciate that as pedicure day is suppose to be a relaxing day. I personally had just got my nails done at another salon and the design did not match my bridemaids dress or color at all. The lady at Studio Nails Elite did an amazing design on my french tips toes and happily changed my fingernails for me to match. I was happy. So thank you again to (I believe the owners - who served us) at Studio Nails Elite.

They have always been so accommodating when I use my wheelchair. If I decide to walk that day, they push the chair right to the door for me to sit and wheel me straight to the station, so I don't need to walk too far. And over the years, with my deteriorating condition, they've always found new ways to do it for me!

My boyfriend booked me in for a pedicure for my birthday weekend and I've never been here before…read morebut it's 2 mins away from where we live so I was excited to check it out. I chose the regular polish pedicure and the girl who did them, did them fine but during the end she didn't even help to dry them out. Usually in my experience with regular pedicures, they let your feet dry with an electric fan or spray the fast drying spray, and check up on you as it's drying. She finished painting them and told me to just sit and wait for it to dry, should be good in 10-15 min. She never once checked up on me since, even as I was leaving. I waited and then after 15-20min I put my shoes back on and headed to go pay, while at the checkout I looked at my toes again and they were ruined. I asked the receptionist if someone could fix it and she said i would have to wait 30-45 min till someone could re do them. Long story short they fixed it and finally dried it with an electric fan, and the second lady who did it, was a lot more considerate when it came to making sure my toes were all dry before I left. This could have all been avoided if the first lady did this to begin with. What should have been an hour and a half experience turned to almost 3 hours. Also I asked the first lady who did my pedicure if there was time to get a manicure today as well. She told me to ask reception cause she only knows her schedule. She never even bothered to inquiry for me, or help me out to see if there was any room for the service. Overall it wasn't the best birthday pedicure experience. I'm very thankful my boyfriend booked this for me but I was unhappy with how the experience turned out. ***Update: Shay the lady who did my pedicure who I referred to on my review called me today upon coming across my review, and sincerely apologized for what happened and was more than eager to make my experience better by offering me to come back and redoing the experience. I never write bad reviews in purpose to get free things out of people but to simply talk about an unpleasant experience in hopes the business can learn from it and never even thought they would reply or reach out to me. Just the fact that they called me back right away to apologize made me feel valued as a customer and feel more than just a dollar sign to them. I appreciate businesses like this and I look forward to coming back and having a better experience. Customer service is very important to me when it's comes to a business and just them calling back to apologize is enough for me to review them with 5 stars.

Not only can you phone and make an appointment but if you're running late they will phone and check on you to make sure you're still coming. I appreciate that rather than than just giving away my spot. The salon is also located in a strip mall which means there is ample free parking. I've always managed to pull up close so when I leave I can hop into my car with my flip-flops even in the middle of winter! The salon has massage chairs for when you're getting a pedicure and they're very good about adjusting the water temperature. I always like it warmer :-) They have lots of colours to choose from either in plain polish, gels, or shellac. Plus they have different levels of pedicures I usually just get the Basic but you could go for the Deluxe. I've also gotten manicures there and once again great service. If you are looking for a new nail spot- this is the one to consider.

This was probably one of the more cleaner ones. There were definitely moments of hmmmm how clean is this but I don't expect 5 star cleanliness in these little salons. My friends had pedicures and I got a manicure. They allowed me to sit with my friends until the next technician was ready. Bonus as I got the relaxation of the massage chair. Tammy did my nails and probably gave me the best shape I have ever had and I go to high end boutiques as well as the little shops. She painted my nails exactly per my request and I walked away very happy. I only wish I lived in Edmonton to return to this little gem.
