As I was trying to decide what nails to get I could see the lady who was doing my nails get visibly upset if I asked her to do something and she even began to become so upset that she began to yell in her language at her coworkers and then give me nasty looks which all showed me how truly upset she was that I had asked her to do a simply task that I was paying for. in the end I found that my nails were too long and I asked her to cut them down and because I asked her to do that she continued to up the prices. all in all I ended up paying 100 dollars for short short acrylic nails that were done horribly and look disgusting. I chose a colour that was running low in the bottle so my colour is blotchy even after 3 layers! Early on I asked her if I should pick a different colour but she said 'no, 3 layers OK!'...which it was NOT. It also took FOREVER! My girlfriend started her acrylic fill about 15m after I started my manicure and she was finished 15min before I was finished! The first Monday of the month is pedicure day for the girls! Tradition started this year... every…read moremonth we go to a new place and being that one of us is from leduc we went close to her home this month. Studio nails Elite was short staffed this day but still took all 4 of us in! They did not rush, they did not compromise their service, in fact they stayed past close to serve us. We were in no way rushed out and we appreciate that as pedicure day is suppose to be a relaxing day. I personally had just got my nails done at another salon and the design did not match my bridemaids dress or color at all. The lady at Studio Nails Elite did an amazing design on my french tips toes and happily changed my fingernails for me to match. I was happy. So thank you again to (I believe the owners - who served us) at Studio Nails Elite.

I only had shellack put over my natural nails, and I paid way more than the other two people I was with. Also, I got nicked on two of my fingers. The person put antiseptic on it, but didn't even tell me. It burrrrrrrned. I had a wedding in two days and I had a big brown scab on my nails. If the price was a little better for a quick mani and shellack, I'd go back. But probably not.
