    BEWARE! I used Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great experience,…read morewhich is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

She was amazing, and I really appreciate them sending a superstar. The only issue is that I received a message from Brian the manager when the time was almost up. I just said things were looking good. Then Madison ran out of time and had to leave. She did finish mopping the floor, but my downstairs did not get the same attention at the upstairs. When mentioned to Brian, he said that they could have added time. This was never mentioned to me before my review. If that was told then the review would have 5 stars instead of 4 and I wouldn't have the manager Brian texting me asking for a review update. We really shouldn't have to give a list of all the things that we want cleaned but it seems that is the case. So if you do hire them make sure you have list of exactly what you want cleaned ESPECIALLY if you hire them for a deep clean. The ladies that cleaned are nice and Madison really did an amazing job. I appreciate the communication and the redo, if I do use them again I will only use Madison UPDATE: Just went in my downstairs bathroom to find it was not cleaned at all the 2nd time around.     I scheduled a cleaning appointment for my rental property, confirmed the date/time, agreed on the…read morefee, and even sent the address the day before so there would be no surprises about the location. The property is almost an hour away for me, and I drove there specifically to unlock the home and meet the cleaner at the scheduled appointment time. Right when the appointment was supposed to begin, I received a message saying she could not make it because the drive was "too far." This was disappointing because the address had already been provided in advance, and travel distance should have been considered before confirming the booking. I normally understand when emergencies happen, but after reading another review describing the exact same issue -- a last-minute cancellation because the location was too far -- this seems more like a pattern than a one-time situation. Professional communication and reliability are extremely important, especially when clients are arranging schedules and driving long distances. Unfortunately, this experience was a major inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of my time and money. This pushes back my rental turnover time. To your response: You knew the area our home was located days in advance, and the exact location the day before. Yet you waited until the time of our appointment to cancel because it was inconvenient for you. (Not because of an emergency, which would be understanding) We took time off of work to drive an hour to open our rental for you. Thank you very much for wasting our time.

Adding screenshots of yelp response, text from employee, and call to Mr Buff that only lasted ONE MINUTE. He did not care about this safety issue and horrendous violation. Buff - if you don't have an employee named Trey, WHY DID YOU SAY I WILL TALK TO TREY on the phone immediately after? Why does your comment on Google (also added) say he is no longer with the company??? Why do you also apologize for it?? Come on now. You look shady denying it now. I've also received threatening phone calls regarding my review and filed a police report. Keep changing your replies. I'm getting email notifications and screenshotting all of them. ORIGINAL UNEDITED POST: I sincerely dread posting this review but I think it is necessary. Mr Buff was recommended to me by a friend who used them and LOVED them. Mr Buff is extremely nice and they did an excellent job moving things. There's just a couple of things I'd like to point out- 1) I was quoted $401 to move about 5 items of furniture. I moved literally everything else myself. I was also just switching apartments in the same complex, so no real travel. I agreed to this price and it was fine, but looking back, it took, maybe 45 minutes and $401 base (not including tip) seems pretty high. I wish I had figured out alternative means like hiring local guys for cheaper. So I don't feel like I got my money's worth. With that said - my friend moved an entire 2 story house for only $1,500 and feels like she definitely got her moneys worth. So I'm sure across the board, they are likely reasonably priced. 2) And the biggest issue - one of the workers texted my personal cell phone the night following my move saying he got my number from the paperwork and found me intriguing and wants to know more about me. I did call Mr Buff immediately to alert him. Mr Buff told me to block the number. I am mortified that my personal details were taken from the private paperwork by an employee for personal use. He also knows where I live which really concerns me and the fact that I told on him to his boss. Although Mr Buff seemed genuinely upset over this when I called him, I do think there should've been some kind of apology, alert that this would be handled internally, assurance it would not happen again, and follow up that it was handled. Maybe it was handled, idk what happened, but I didn't receive follow up. Either way, I feel bad I have to give a slightly poor rating because Mr Buff does seem great and like he works so terribly hard and I know so many others have had such positive interactions with the company, but I want to share so others are aware and so the company can reinforce appropriate boundaries around customer information. You can also see I called immediately after receiving the terrible text message. Gross.
