I was even able to send them a list of things I'd like to include for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when told this is possible. Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. This is true customer service and an honest business practice! I have now found my favorite house-cleaning provider and will setup reoccurring services with them to keep my house clean. BEWARE! I used Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great experience,…read morewhich is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Not sure what they did for the whole time but it was NOT cleaning. The coffee maker wasn't even touched, one of the toilets was dirty and it wasn't stained (I was able to wipe it off with my finger) door jambs were not wiped down. There was a ball of nasty stuff on the sink, with a cut wire from the electrical company that came a week ago. (Tells me they didnt wipe behind sink) the drawers in the kitchen had crumbs. The oven had burnt bits in it still, the stove top had a white film from not wiping off the cleaner... so much more stuff. They did clean the fridge, but thats all I could see. When I complained, I got a bunch of excuses, photos of the house to show it was "clean" but they were all far away so you couldn't see anything. The house wasn't that dirty to begin with. They sent me a photo of a dirty baseboard that doesnt even match the flooring in the home. I asked for an itemized bill and they wouldn't give me one. Said they would send them out to "fix" the issues,but why should I have to babysit cleaners who are supposed to be professionals. At that point, I had no confidence in them. I also hired them to have someone come out to clean grout on floors. They hired another company, who did a great job. We added on a sealant for $500, he then calls back and tells us it will be more since all the floors are travertine. 75% of the house is not but they still wanted to charge me the same price he quoted for the whole house. The guy doing the floor was great and stayed late to seal them. I had no issue paying for that, but I asked for an itemized bill for that and he said he couldn't do that. What legit business doesnt give you a bill? Told him id call him back since I needed to discuss with my mom about the cleaners. They then BLEW up my phone with calls and texts from 3 different numbers. Telling me im a bad person for not paying for the floors. I told them I would call them back. They continued to harass me. Told them I would pay $700 for what they did clean (not much, and that was being generous) and paid for the floor. He calls me back minutes later saying that he needed to charge me $200 more for the floors.....after I already paid. They are shady, don't know how to clean or run a business!!!! Worst decision I made was hiring them. I now have to hire someone else to do it, since they didnt do anything. Another day wasted and more money.
