Nikki only returned once (January 2024) for what was supposed to be a bi-monthly schedule secondary to " staff shortages and personal emergencies" (which I understand can happen). However, I was contacted by a gentleman after the last visit in January and was informed the company had to let go of a few customers and I was one of them - with the assurance that "when their situation improved" they would be happy to call me back.
