I've been looking for a good house-cleaning provider for some time. Tried couple different ones but…read morewasn't satisfied with the work. Found this fantastic business on Yelp and decided to give them a try. The rep reached out, got my info, and set up the appointment. I was even able to send them a list of things I'd like to include for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when told this is possible. Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. This is true customer service and an honest business practice! I have now found my favorite house-cleaning provider and will setup reoccurring services with them to keep my house clean. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommending this company and their services!

If I could give 0 starts I would. Valley Sparkle and their management are extremely unprofessional…read moreand probably the worst communicators I've ever worked with. Multiple times we've had invoicing issues, cleaners showing at our front door when we've changed our time or date or canceled because their management never communicated their schedule. Often times it takes for five emails or texts to get a response. And even worse if they had an issue with another client I know, and they tried to drag me into the situation to help them because I knew that client instead of handling it themselves. If you don't know how to run a business professionally, then you shouldn't be in business. Avoid them at all costs. Also they price per hour above the average cleaning Rate when they should be pricing based on sq/ft. If you want to see how truly unprofessional pushy and rude they are Check their response to this review on google, it just further proves my point. FYI valley sparkle your invoicing issue and dispute with a family members separate house and account has nothing to do with my personal situation and cleaning. Have some class and respect for your own business.

When questions why they were not cleaned owner stated "Hello sir, I dusted the walls i just don't wipe them not comfortable putting chemicals on walls." This is a 2 star service may recommend if you want some dusting done that was not requested. Trash left in cabinets. Mind you this is a house I just purchased completely empty that just needed gone through and cleaned up before I moved in yet I'm stuck doing it myself after I already paid for the service while I was out of state.
