Initial cleaning for a 2B/2.5Bath Condo was over $250 (November 2023) with agreement for f/u cleanings for $165. Nikki only returned once (January 2024) for what was supposed to be a bi-monthly schedule secondary to " staff shortages and personal emergencies" (which I understand can happen). However, I was contacted by a gentleman after the last visit in January and was informed the company had to let go of a few customers and I was one of them - with the assurance that "when their situation improved" they would be happy to call me back. Secondary to unforeseen circumstances - sometimes things just don't work out.... UPDATE: Nikki has reached out and offered to resume her services

Jesse showed up on time and actually took pride in the job he was doing making sure to give extra attention to those traffic areas that need but rarely got the attention from other companies I have used in the past. Even though we live in a hot dry climate, because of his deep cleaning I was concerned about having a long drying time, but his extraction of moisture was so well done that I am pleased to say everything was dry within 3-4 hours. I love seeing my carpets and recliners looking vividly bright and smelling great.

In the first bathroom, she cleaned only the tub, not the walls. In the master bathroom, she did not clean the floor because I inspected it and the tiles had water stains. I mentioned it to her and she said she did. She does NOT clean the inside of windows and window sills. I would not recommend her. In response to you. In addition, please note that this lady washes the mop that she cleans the floor in your kitchen sink. How gross!! I had to reclean my sink after she left and cleaned the fans which she said was part of her cleaning. As for hiring 3 cleaning company. How would you know this? I have only hired one other person for cleaning on Yelp. And that company left my sink and stove dirty. Why should I pay for shoddy work?

I sent out the bat signal to haulers and movers on Yelp and was fortunate to come across Renee and her family's removal business. Keslar Junk Removal was the most affordable option for hauling in my area and was very communicative as far as updates go. The morning of their arrival it had just finished pouring rain and they stuck it out to remove my admittedly heavy couch down a flight of wet stairs. 10/10 would recommend Keslar Junk Removal to any friends or family who need help getting rid of bulky furniture or any hauling related services. Eddie was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone for our initial consultation. I explained to him that I had a lot of mess and just didn't know where to start. I was able to get an appointment the following week and they made sure their team arrived after my flight landed. Obie and Lena showed up and were incredible right from the beginning- especially since I had no idea where to start and was extremely overwhelmed with how disorganized and messy my apartment had become. They got right too work. We shared some great conversations and a few laughs. They were very diligent in getting all of my various bags unpacked and put away. I was not anticipating that they would even do and fold my laundry- which was one of the most daunting tasks. The kitchen is spotless. The clutter is gone. The bathroom is sparkling. Bags and suitcases that have been hanging around for months were finally unpacked, organized and everything was put away in its rightful home. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received and as anxious and overwhelmed as I was... we had fun! Truly great and genuine people. I will be recommending Clean Geeks to friends with similar needs. And I anticipate using them again when things start to pile up or I just need a good deep clean.
