They came over and did a great job cleaning- on a surface level. After closer inspection, I discovered many things they missed that they specifically said they would cover. And the carpets were only vacuumed not cleaned. I took pictures in the inside tracks of my sliding glass door , the ceiling of my bathroom, and the inside of my window sills and sent them to the company. I asked why these things were not done when they were Listed under the things they clean for the "special". This was their response: Hi no the carpets we only vacuum we have a carpet guy but that is a different company with own prices. Im sorry about the tracks the girl must of over looked that. We can come back monday and clean the tracks for you. I was happy that they offered to come back, however I was very mislead by their first message. I felt like they told me that they did what I was looking for and then after the fact finally Mentioned that it was a separate fee with a separate company. I called several other cleaners and GP was one of the few that was low cost, but also cleaned more than most others I spoke to. I have super high vaulted cielings with fans in almost every room and multiple air vents around. They cleaned all my vents and fans and also scrubbed down my plant shelves. I haven't had a chance to get a ladder myself so I've been a bit limited on what I am able to do myself right now. Not only were they super friendly and polite but they worked hard and the house looks and smells world's better. I have a 2300 sq ft home and it took them about 4 hours to get through it.
