They let me borrow a tank of air, under the stern condition that I bring it right back. After filling up my tire, I brought the car to them and returned the air tank. A mechanic jacked up my car and removed the tire, identifying a puncturing screw as the culprit. After yanking out the foreign object he quickly patched the tire, then charged me a very reasonable amount of money for the work. It's hard to imagine a better outcome. I appreciate the empathy they showed for my plight and the trust they extended to me. Way cheaper than buying a new tire, and the speed of service was terrific.

When I told him I didn't want to spend $200 on a new Volvo headlight lens, he made it work. He always prioritizes the repairs. What I mean is this: he tells me everything he finds wrong and lets me know which problems can wait. He never tries to scare me the way a lot of mechanics do. Also, I never seem to have to pay for the same job twice. On the rare occasion that I have to come back, he makes it right. Lastly, I want to mention how he bends over backward to work within my schedule. I have lost count of the number of times I have shown up and said that I need my car back the next day, and Ami saved the day.

I had a hit and run occur to me outside my apartment while my car was parked overnight. My insurance rates would've went through the roof if I made the claim. So I elected to pay out of pocket. When reaching out to Felix and his crew, he assured me that he would work within my budget and offer prices not far from what I found online + his guys labor and material costs. I dropped the car off while taking a vacation, and Felix was providing me updates via text, and even offered suggestions for maintenance items that I needed to address (brake pads, fluids, etc). Taking note of these items that I, as a regular non-mechanically inclined person, don't normally do was a really nice touch that I appreciated. Car was ready the day after I came back from vacation and was detailed and looked better than when I received it new. A lot of attention to detail and technique was applied here. The price was what was communicated from the jump, and Felix worked with me to see if he could refinish rather than replace certain items to keep the cost down for my sake.
