I am pleased with my results and would like to express my satisfaction with the dental care I received at this office . I received 6 in one dental implants (upper) . I had my last 3 teeth removed . Top implant what I have now . The temporary teeth look beautiful, and I should have my finals within two months and I am thrilled with the outcome considering it's only been a month since my procedure. The doctor is exceptional, calm, and takes the time to address all my questions during appointments. The unique atmosphere of the office makes you feel at home, thanks to the friendly staff, including the ladies at the front desk and the gentleman who assisted with X-rays. I appreciate everything they've done for me. Although I'm still self-conscious about sharing pictures due to previous tooth loss, an embarrassment my before pictures showed extensive tooth loss from the left side to the front I was wearing a partial which had my gums bleeding i was in pain . I started crying tears one day telling myself I can't take gluing my partial, which called denture. I purchased tons of glue just wasn't good enough. I wish I was restricted from many of food because of the partial was not stable because of my bone loss. I say this to say you have to do your work search and get a trusted doctor to do your dental work. Thank God I found you all . Don't let me forget to mention the anesthesiologist was outstanding, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure. I also appreciated the thoughtful gifts, including a toothbrush and water pick, which demonstrate the doctor's dedication to patient care. Previously, I wore a partial for three years, which caused discomfort, bad breath, and difficulties eating. I consulted with over 30 dental offices before choosing Temecula Dental Implants, where I made my deposit the same day of my consultation . Despite rescheduling appointments four times due to unforeseen circumstances I am glad I persevered. The doctor and staff have been understanding and accommodating. Post-surgery, I experienced minimal pain, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone seeking exceptional care. This office gets incredible reviews. I'm thinking that is probably because Dr. Whitworth Shows a greater degree of professionalism and care for patients. I actually think they do very good dental work but I don't like feeling like a number and being treated rudely and dismissively. They answered all of my questions afterwards and the doctor even gives his personal number to every patient that he does this procedure on so you can go straight to the source with any concerns. They went above and beyond with accommodating my husband and I's financial situation. I am so grateful and amazed at the level of care I received. I had phase 1 of 2 part phase to get an implant. They removed the decayed tooth. So far this has been a good experience. They did the procedure and I had clear instructions on what to do. They prepare me for the worse case scenario but my recovery has been great. First day very little pain and I could have just used regular Tylenol. 2nd day no pain just a little sore. This was a better experience than the last time I had an extraction from an oral surgeon in Huntington Beach a few years ago. It took a week for the pain to subside. Which was a more expensive place. My only complaint was sometimes it was hard for me to get a hold of the office for the appointment. But once your on the line it was all smooth.

Dr. Pledger and his staff were knowledgeable and courteous. They were my second opinion after first…read moregoing to Dr. Phan for a wisdom tooth extraction consultation. Dr. Phan encouraged me to do full sedation and I believe there was a bone graphic as part of the procedure. My cost after insurance was going to be over $1600. After meeting Dr. Pledger, he mentioned that bone graphs are not recommended or necessary for standard wisdom tooth extractions, and local anesthetic is a perfectly fine option. My cost after insurance was under $300. I was very happy to do local anesthetic as it did not hurt and I was able to drive myself home right after the 20 or 30 minute operation. The car savings were significant and I'm glad Dr. Pledger talked me through the options so I could make a more informed decision versus being pushed into a specific (and more costly) treatment with my first consultation.

I was told that the specialist was available today and that the emergency procedure could be completed. At no point was I informed that the wait would be three hours. Instead, I was placed in a room and left waiting for nearly two hours, only to be told afterward that the surgeon was still behind. This information should have been communicated upfront so I could make an informed decision with my time. Taking time off work is very difficult for me, and this visit resulted in my entire afternoon being wasted. To then be told I would need to come back is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the urgency of my situation. This experience showed a lack of communication and respect for patients' time. I expected much better, particularly when coming in for an emergency procedure. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other patients do not go through the same situation. now I have to wait 3 to 4 business days to get a refund!
