I am pleased with my results and would like to express my satisfaction with the dental care I received at this office . I received 6 in one dental implants (upper) . I had my last 3 teeth removed . Top implant what I have now . The temporary teeth look beautiful, and I should have my finals within two months and I am thrilled with the outcome considering it's only been a month since my procedure. The doctor is exceptional, calm, and takes the time to address all my questions during appointments. The unique atmosphere of the office makes you feel at home, thanks to the friendly staff, including the ladies at the front desk and the gentleman who assisted with X-rays. No one wants to need an oral surgeon. I do need one though. So it's a scary thing, ya know? No need to fear though! That's what I realized when I first stepped into this very classy office. It had wonderful, calming vibes. First off I was greeted by a lovely receptionist (forgot her name.. sorry) who was just so kind and welcoming. I was then escorted to get an X-ray by another very nice technician. She was not impatient one bit, as I fumbled to put my chin in the needed platform. She was kind, and like I shared, that's important, because you feel worried. I just realized I've used the word, kind, twice. That's cause it's so important! When the doctor, and I'll just call him Dr T here, because I haven't yet learned to pronounce his last name, walked in, he put me completely at ease. I knew I was in safe hands. He was recommended by my next door neighbor, who went to him for 2 extractions and now he's going to do mine. Phew! I'm relieved. I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Tsevtov and his team! I needed to get all 4 wisdom teeth out and was recommended to Temecula Facial Oral Surgery by my dentist, Dr. Ku. I met with Dr. Tsevtov during the consultation and he was so friendly and transparent with what surgery was going to look like. The front desk ladies were also so sweet and they helped me with my insurance and understanding the pricing, which luckily, my insurance covered majority of it. Day of surgery, I was so scared of the anesthesia and being put to sleep, but everyone was really nice and they were definitely calming me down. I was told that the procedure was going to take about an hour or longer. I remember intensely watching the clock and it ended up only being 30 mins! So fast! And recovery wasn't bad at all. They prescribed me with everything I needed beforehand and the post-op appointment went extremely well too - no infections.
