The dedication of the administrative and clinical staff to patient comfort and clear communication is a breath of fresh air. Specifically, I want to thank Behishta, Xitlali, Hailay and Alexia for their professionalism, mannerisms and welcoming smiles. I also want to acknowledge Dr. Abdullah. "The Gentle Perfectionist" with a big SHOUT OUT!!!! (That moniker says it all!). His ability to explain procedures in layman's terms and his reassuring gentle bedside manner, and the fact that he won't stop working until he sees perfection is Incredible. I found this office on google and they accepted my insurance, Hayley booked mine and my husbands appointments over the phone quickly and professionally. We just wanted a check up and the free cleaning/X-rays that our insurance covered. They send forms by email which is convenient and they were very thorough in the questions. We arrived for each of our appts on the same day and both were told we needed to have "deep cleaning" and they couldn't do it that day. And insurance doesn't cover it. Now why, after telling them on the phone it had been YEARS since we had been to the dentist, would they make us come in just to have to schedule us on another day. They weren't able to do anything other than X-rays. So we both took a day off work for nothing. They also quoted me $4500 for Invisalign and kinda pushed it hard but I refused and declined that service. Deep cleaning requires two appts. So we scheduled them for the following two weeks. Two more missed days of work for each of us. The dental hygienist (Shannon?) was amazing and friendly, told me she didn't understand why I needed to come for two appts because mine wasn't that bad. She did the first half of my cleaning. She saw my husband and then the male dentist did his cavity drilling - during which time he cut my husbands tongue several times with the drill and blamed it on him having too strong a tongue? He ended up prescribing a mouthwash and ibuprofen only after I texted the office to ask what had happened. When I came back the next week, it was the same male dentist who my husband had seen who did my cleaning. They pushed for me to do novocaine shots over and over even though I didn't need them the first time and it hadn't hurt at all then. The dentist seemed much rougher with this half of my cleaning, then lasered my gums which wasn't done before. Then, they realized I didn't have the lasers done on the first visit so they had to come back and do it again. They then told me I needed $400 more of work to replace a crack in my tooth that they suddenly noticed during the cleaning? But not on the X-rays the first visit? The different dentist that first day had told me I had no cavities or teeth issues. Seemed off. It took my husband FOUR further visits to get his two crowns put on. One day their equipment wasn't working so they cancelled same day. One day the crowns came in and they didn't fit so they redid X-rays. One day(after I spoke to the office two days prior and asked them to confirm his crowns had been delivered, which they confirmed) he showed up to his 8am appt for them to tell him the crowns never came in their shipment and they would "hopefully" come in by the afternoon so maybe they could see him then? Why would they tell me the crowns were in the office when they weren't? This has been a nightmare of an experience. I also received two phone calls in the weeks after my cleaning appts offering to knock off a couple hundred if I did the $4500 Invisalign they recommended. It was such pushy sales it really turned me off. The gal at the front desk Hayley is super friendly and likeable, but this felt like high-pressure sales. It seemed like at every appt they wanted to tack on a new expensive problem that didn't exist before. I wanted to love this office, but I would never recommend them. read more

Had a pretty great experience overall. The team is so friendly and comforting, Sam has really really made sure that my second set of temporary implants fit just right so that when it comes time for the permanent ones I won't have any issues with them. He's meticulous with every step, ensuring everything fits just right. I'm excited to finally get my permanent ones next month. Stay clear of Ski View dental they are very shady they rename procedures so you have to pay out of pocket. Schedule cleaning right before my plan would pay so I would have to pay out of pocket. When she called for an adjustment, she was told the doctor who oversaw her procedure was no longer there so they would no longer honor her plan. I was sold a year maintenance plan that includes two cleanings. I only recieved one and was told in order to receive the second d I would need to renew my plan. Many things.if you go there and, you take the payment option with alphaeon, be aware that they pay the full amount to the dentist even before they start working on your mouth. I went 7 months without teeth. I went there to get snap on dentures and because the bottom case was not right, the dentist decided that it would be best to go for the permanent dentures and for it I got charged an extra $5,500. I you ask me , if you want to make your job easier, you should do it for free and not charge the customer. The owner is a real piece of work. Staff is nice. BUT the office doesn't use posts on their crowns. A front crown just broke at the gumline and they refuse to fix it without charging me again. They'll also stop work mid-way through to charge for extras - when you don't have a choice. My husband was in treatment with them for a couple years now, paid over $20,000 and his treatment isn't done yet, he has a partial that keep breaking, they won't replace unless we pay $1200, he still needs a few root canals and crowns, they didn't even get to finish half of the work and they're asking for another $40,000. The dentist dropped an instrument on my face then poked me in the lip with the needle then dropped anesthetic in my eye. I decided not to continue service there and I asked for a refund for the implant that it was ordered. They are refusing to give me my correct refund and told me someone was going to call me within an hour and that was five days ago. I called today and they are quoting me the incorrect price for the refund not willing to give me my complete refund for the implant. I am going to be filing a police report for theft and calling a lawyer filing with the Better Business Bureau and I will be filing a grievance with Delta dental. read more

WORST dental office in Temecula. Do not go here! They charged my wife $60 for a more extensive cleaning, which was a regular cleaning my insurance cover but we had to still pay $60 out of pocket for it. We also were quoted $65 for 1 sealant for my child, after going to Smile Children Dentistry, we found out my insurance covers 4 of them and we don't need to come out of pocket. Took my money and less than two years popped off, all other real crowns done prior to them still attached. My daughter had a root canal done from sister dental office Castle view and nothing but pain and discomfort since.!! They will not pay me the cost to get my tooth pulled because of the piece that did not fit properly which Ed caused some bacteria, not one call back to me and not one reply back on my emails, I was the one to keep calling them. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OUT OF BUSINESS!! I also want to mention the dentist was not at all gentle when giving me the nova cane shot! They also charged for fluoride treatments that are covered by insurance, so they get payment from you as well as from your insurance. I will not be going back to them. read more

PLEASE READ! It will be very helpful information in making your decision on where to get your dental services. I've been in the care of or I should say lack of care with Vista View dental for the past 20 months. It has been one of the most brutal processes I have ever experienced. This office is incompetent and in my opinion should not be open. Since the start of my relationship they have been through 4 office managers and two physicians leaving the practice. One was in the middle of my care and I wasn't even notified. What I'm finding out is when a group of providers works under the owner there is no incentive to provide the best care, because basically they are not the hook and can wash their hands of you. When one physician owns his own practice, they are incentivized to provide the best care, because once a treatment plan is in place and if something goes wrong or fails, it is their responsibility and their dime to correct it. Dr. Zareh who owns multiple locations does not care about his patients and what they are experiencing. For Vista View and Dr. Zareh's practice it is about the bottom line. They created a treatment plan and ask me to pay up front stating everything is covered under the treatment plan and told me I was paid in full. At one point towards the end of my care, they charged my card without even notifying me and didn't have me sign off on anything. They couldn't even give me an answer as to why my card was charged or why it was charged without my knowledge. It took me 3 months to get answers and get it fixed. Regional is a joke and no help. After multiple complaints and being ignored. I decided to send an email to Kevin the regional manager as a last ditch effort for Vista View to make make things right. In that that email I stated I am requesting my records because you basically have abandon me, you have not responded and have not got me on the schedule. At that point, I received a response right away and he stated I will get you scheduled and situated. He apologized profusely and stated his focus was the Vista location because of all the turn over and issues affecting patient. He also credited my card for the charge they billed to my card. Because I am a nice person, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and I wanted to think Kevin was being sincere and that his concern was real. Kevin got me on the schedule for surgery but when I showed up on the surgery date, it was not for surgery as he stated but it was time for him and his staff to get their plan of action together to attack me. They basically blamed me for the work failing and stated I would owe around $4000.00 more for them to fix the issue. Without going into detail about the work I needed done. I can say the issue was not my fault but just a way for them to get more money. They will not take responsibility for anything and it is extremely sad the stress and trauma I had to go through for the past 20 months. On the BBB website they have a F rating and a very similar complaints to mine, as well as google. If you are experiencing the same issue or any issue, I urge you to make a complaint with the California Dental Board. That is my next step and I believe if more people hold them accountable by making a complaint, this will force them to provide better more adequate care and not be able to take advantage of people. This place deserves negative stars! The office staff, particularly those handling the billing have unlocked an new level of lowliness. My husband and I have been in constant communication with the office, regarding a billing issue that my HSA provider made us aware of. We were charged approx $500 for a service IN JULY that ended up costing $79 per my EOB provided by the insurance and sent to the HSA provider. They agreed that the "Card used", the HSA account, would be refunded after a couple of months of back and forth. Still after being promised the refund, nothing. After many many calls, emails, and my husband going into the office to have a face to face conversation on what the status was, a particular individual decided to call the police on him! IN WHAT WORLD IS THAT OK? Defamation, possibly, that a patient, who has not been given the decency of open communication, lies and money that's not coming back to our pockets ANYWAY, are being forcefully withheld and having the police called?
