The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, efficient at checking patients in, and always happy to answer any questions. I was referred by my dentist to Dr Will for my tooth implant. I made my appointment and was in and out pretty quickly. He was thorough, knowledgeable and yes, friendly. Vineyard Dental is just off RanchoCal so it's close to the I-15 Fwy, just about two miles away. Plenty of parking outside and the offices are very modern. read more

DR. P is so understanding, and extremely patient. He sincerely cares about what is going on in your life and he never scolds you or makes you feel bad for what us happening with your teeth. I always feel comfortable there to speak up and nothing I say is ever dismissed. I often have to leave due to health issues and nobody ever makes me feel bad and in fact he and the wonderful staff all told me yesterday to call them if I'm having a better health day and they'll squeeze me in! This review is for the hygienist, Lynn. Her exams of my teeth are through. I like that I'm always seen on time, and am greeted with a smile. Lynn is patient and gentle with cleaning my teeth. I've had other hygienist at another dental office, make me flinch while cleaning and flossing my teeth, but I don't have that experience here. There's usually a spot where I bleed and cleaning in that area is painful, but Lynn does her best to minimize the discomfort, all while making sure that area gets cleaned. Scheduling is a breeze, and the text and email appt reminders make sure I don't forget my appointments. read more

I was dealing with a cracked front tooth and swelling, so I initially visited a dentist in the Murrieta area. Their immediate solution was to pull the tooth and start the implant process, without discussing any other options. I was then presented with a very large bill. The rushed decision made me uncomfortable, so I declined treatment and left to seek a second opinion. After researching other dentists in the area, I came across great reviews for Vineyard Dental and decided to call. They were able to get me in within the hour (thank you Erin). I met Dr. Purin, whom I immediately felt comfortable with. I explained my concerns about losing my tooth, and instead of jumping straight to extraction, he chose to first try to save it. He was honest about the possibility that the tooth might still be lost depending on how the initial treatment went, which I truly appreciated. The entire process was smooth, and he kept me informed every step of the way. He also offered the option of a higher-grade crown that wouldn't chip, which meant a lot to me. You can't get better than Vineyard Dental Group and here's why; they have great bedside manners, good team, seem to like their jobs and patients, are kind, care about your comfort, pay attention to details, they don't push other procedures, they have options for payment plans if you don't have insurance, do a good job, are organized, their offices are clean and pleasant, it's easy to find. And they do a great job! When I needed a root canal once, they referred me to a specialist (instead of giving it a go/-like my husband got at a different dental place--oh my), and use the latest in dental equipment. Vineyard Dental Group is awesome! I found this place by reading help reviews and I am so glad I did. I was nervous about finding a new dentist especially without a referral from someone who's been here but the reviews were so positive I decided to give them a try and I'm so glad I did. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The place looks brand new and they have the latest and greater technology. My hygienist took X-rays using a machine she held in her hands. She was very nice and told me step by step what she was doing. Dr. Ebrahim was very nice and friendly and let me know I have a cavity that I will be going back for next week. Everyone here is wonderful and I can't say enough about how easy and efficient it was to find them and make an appointment. You can schedule an emergency appointment online through their website if it's urgent or give them a call and see when they can fit you in. All the paperwork is done online which was so convenient. Hygienists take their time and do a great job cleaning while making sure you are comfortable. Assistants are quick to introduce themselves and make sure you know what's going on. The best part of Vineyard is the doctors! Extremely capable, knowledgeable, patient, and have ALWAYS taken care of me. Needed a new dentist for my kids as they didn't like the new dentist at their old.. I searched yelp and came across vineyard dental. I read the reviews and seemed like a good fit. Then- I made sure they take my insurance.. they do! Then, I found put they take teens.. score! Ok, so.. I called, set the appointment and we were seen shortly after. the check in process was friendly and easy. Seemed like they have personal relationships with their clients.. another plus. Nobody likes to feel like another number. The kids were called back. X-rays were taken and exams/cleanings were done. The dentist came in and was super helpful and kind. I didn't feel like they were aggressive or tried to sell you on work you don't need. As soon as we walked out of there, I asked my kids if they liked this dentist better?! My son said, yeah!!
