I've had great experiences with the hygienist and the dentists have always been very nice. That being said I've now had two occurrences where treatment wasn't handled properly. I had a filling on a tooth and pointed out during the exam visit another tooth that appeared dark and was told it was fine, come around to my 2nd annual visit the hygienist pointed the same dark tooth out and now I have another cavity that needs to be filled. Previously I had a tooth that had a deep cavity and they attempted to just fill it when in reality had to get a root canal done, and inevitably got a root canal by another dentist because the pain had become unbearable, also costing a ton of money out of pocket. I've initially had a good experience but these last two major issues have made it so I'm considering other places. read more

I was referred by my dentist to Dr Will for my tooth implant. I made my appointment and was in and out pretty quickly. He was thorough, knowledgeable and yes, friendly. My family and I are fairly new patients to Vineyard Dental but already love the dental office. All the front desk staff are warm and helpful. Every hygienist (special shoutout to LYN!!!) we've been helped by are tremendously efficient, friendly and thorough. The dentists who have treated us (Dr. Purin, Dr. E, and Dr. Peng) have impeccable chairside manner, making both my older kids and myself laugh and feel at ease while treated with awesome technique. Love my dental hygienist! She has given me some really great ideas on how to take care of my teeth, even on the road and traveling so much because I am very lazy when it comes to flossing! And being an adult, I know I should be better than just wanting to use a water pick. But she comes from a place of empathy and understanding and gives some really great suggestions. She's also very kind and gentle which I appreciate very much. The staff there has always very kind when I check in as well. This review is for the hygienist, Lynn. Her exams of my teeth are through. I like that I'm always seen on time, and am greeted with a smile. Lynn is patient and gentle with cleaning my teeth. I've had other hygienist at another dental office, make me flinch while cleaning and flossing my teeth, but I don't have that experience here. There's usually a spot where I bleed and cleaning in that area is painful, but Lynn does her best to minimize the discomfort, all while making sure that area gets cleaned. Scheduling is a breeze, and the text and email appt reminders make sure I don't forget my appointments. read more

DR. P is so understanding, and extremely patient. He sincerely cares about what is going on in your life and he never scolds you or makes you feel bad for what us happening with your teeth. I always feel comfortable there to speak up and nothing I say is ever dismissed. I was dealing with a cracked front tooth and swelling, so I initially visited a dentist in the Murrieta area. Their immediate solution was to pull the tooth and start the implant process, without discussing any other options. I was then presented with a very large bill. The rushed decision made me uncomfortable, so I declined treatment and left to seek a second opinion. After researching other dentists in the area, I came across great reviews for Vineyard Dental and decided to call. They were able to get me in within the hour (thank you Erin). I met Dr. Purin, whom I immediately felt comfortable with. I explained my concerns about losing my tooth, and instead of jumping straight to extraction, he chose to first try to save it. He was honest about the possibility that the tooth might still be lost depending on how the initial treatment went, which I truly appreciated. The entire process was smooth, and he kept me informed every step of the way. He also offered the option of a higher-grade crown that wouldn't chip, which meant a lot to me. I can no longer trust this place for excellent work as I had posted before. Two crowns turned into 2 root canals needed after only a month or so. I suspect the dental assistance as they do finishing work on the crown. Also the person who does the billing is not helpful at all. Vineyard Dental Group is awesome! I found this place by reading help reviews and I am so glad I did. I was nervous about finding a new dentist especially without a referral from someone who's been here but the reviews were so positive I decided to give them a try and I'm so glad I did. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The place looks brand new and they have the latest and greater technology. My hygienist took X-rays using a machine she held in her hands. She was very nice and told me step by step what she was doing. Dr. Ebrahim was very nice and friendly and let me know I have a cavity that I will be going back for next week. Everyone here is wonderful and I can't say enough about how easy and efficient it was to find them and make an appointment. You can schedule an emergency appointment online through their website if it's urgent or give them a call and see when they can fit you in. All the paperwork is done online which was so convenient.
