The staff were great, both up front and when going to the back for the surgery. I got little to no after care instructions. Stellar Staff, Stunning Space, and Superb Care!…read more I have been a patient of Vineyard Dental Group for many years now, and I can confidently say I always receive the absolute best service and care. From the start, the experience is seamless and there is always plenty of parking available in the parking lot. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, efficient at checking patients in, and always happy to answer any questions. A massive shoutout to Dr. Will, who helped plan and perform my Invisalign dental care plan. He is fantastic! Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient, sympathetic, and knowledgeable about both the procedure and the subsequent maintenance/upkeep. He never rushed me and took the time to answer every single one of my questions and concerns. If you are looking for a dentist, book an appointment ASAP! Their schedule gets full fast for a reason!

I am no stranger to dental work, but my last visit here left me uneasy. The exam felt incredibly…read morerushed and very little time or patience for my series of questions... Instead, they pushed an aggressive treatment plan that included two crowns (I've never had one before, just a series of fillings) and at least 4 fillings. This was my third dental appointment in 8 months (due to insurance changes I was planning on coming here for extra cleanings this year). Within the last couple of months my dental work needs significantly jumped which blindsided me and caused major anxiety. Something felt off, so I sought second and third opinions from other dentists. No other dentist suggested crowns, nor did they find some of the fillings needed via X-ray nor the picking tool. At most it was 2 fillings needed instead of the vast work initially prescribed. To give credit where it's due, the front desk staff was wonderful and promptly shared my X-rays when I requested them for my second opinions. However, as someone with major dental anxiety, the rushed exam and sudden pressure from the dentist to urgently book expensive procedures was overwhelming. It is disappointing to experience this shift in care from a clinic I used to trust, not sure where I'll go from here but I needed to share my most recent experience.

I would strongly advise people to avoid Dr. Roncone's office. Their billing practices are some of…read morethe worst I've experienced with any medical provider. They charge a 3% credit card fee, which is especially frustrating when you're paying with an FSA card that's specifically meant for medical expenses. On top of that, there always seem to be additional fees layered into the bill. The impression I got is that the focus of this office is far more on collecting money than taking care of patients. Transparency around costs is poor, and the overall experience left me feeling like a transaction rather than a patient. There are plenty of dentists out there who treat patients with respect and don't nickel-and-dime them with unnecessary charges. I would not recommend this office and suggest looking elsewhere.

I called and they scheduled a consultation appointment for as soon as they could. They do book up quickly since they are quite busy (I think that's a good sign). They are closed on Fridays. I wasn't sure what to expect. They do have good reviews on Yelp so they were 1 of the 2 orthodontist offices that I was considering. It also helped that our dental office referred Burke and Redford. We arrived a little late and checked in electronically. All the employees at the office were so nice and friendly. With the holidays and us just returning from vacation, I didn't get a chance to complete the paperwork online. They were like no problem and just gave me the paper form to fill out. I worked on the paperwork while they took x-rays for my 6 year old. We were being referred because our dentist saw what looks like a tooth growing over an existing tooth. To give context, my kids were over being in the office even before we got there. They wanted to do something they considered more fun with their time. Keeping in mind my kids not wanting to be there. Dr. Redford was super nice and patient. He asked and listened to my concerns. He then reviewed the images with me. My son didn't hold quite still so he wanted to have him do one more image to be completely sure before giving his recommendations for next steps. I thought Dr. Redford was very knowledgeable and professional. While we discussed my concerns and reviewed my 6 year olds images. They didn't waste time and took my 10 year to get his images taken.
