I show up 10min early and the front desk person shows up 10min late after opening with a starbucks coffee in her hand. She began calling names to come up since there were a few of us already waiting but then it became chaotic as people started walking through the front door and going straight to the desk to check in. The staff were friendly but their english was broken. I speak Spanish as well but trying to explain some dental like terms was difficult and when explaining it in English they had trouble understanding it... The Doctor was worthless and useless. She came in and disregarded everything I said and talked to me like a child. I have been dealing with sensitive teeth for years and her recommendations were things I already tried but she didn't care what I said. The nurse who did the cleaning disregarded my comment about sensitive teeth and I had a few moments where the pain got extremely bad. I called my insurance and told them, never again am I going back. Do not recommend.

Dr. Johnston and her staff the best!!…read more I first went to Dr. Johnston, because dental floss broke and got stuck in between my teeth. Dr. Johnston, had that fixed in under 2 minutes!! Huge relief!!! After that, Dr. Johnston gave me a free consultation and suggested some corrective actions. I followed her instructions, and I am so happy with Dr. Johnston. I never felt the needle when she administered novacaine, and she was extremely gentle, kind, and patient. She is so loving. My 6-year-old son hugged her and wouldn't let go. (haha), but when he hugged her, I saw Dr. Johnston, with her eyes closed, she totally loved that hug. :) I don't want to forget the office staff they are equally compassionate, empathetic, kind, and sweet. I have my entire family going to Dr. Johnston exclusively for our dental needs now.
