Dr Pledger and his staff are awesome! Very friendly and personable. Both my husband and I use their service. They are very honest and fair.

Dr. Pledger and his staff were knowledgeable and courteous. They were my second opinion after first going to Dr. Phan for a wisdom tooth extraction consultation. Dr. Phan encouraged me to do full sedation and I believe there was a bone graphic as part of the procedure. My cost after insurance was going to be over $1600. After meeting Dr. Pledger, he mentioned that bone graphs are not recommended or necessary for standard wisdom tooth extractions, and local anesthetic is a perfectly fine option. My cost after insurance was under $300. I was very happy to do local anesthetic as it did not hurt and I was able to drive myself home right after the 20 or 30 minute operation. The car savings were significant and I'm glad Dr. Pledger talked me through the options so I could make a more informed decision versus being pushed into a specific (and more costly) treatment with my first consultation. read more

I cannot recommend Dr. Pledger enough. He is a very talented Oral Surgeon as well as friendly and personable. In fact, his entire office staff is great too. All friendly and caring people. I wouldn't recommend getting an implant if one didn't have to, but if it's necessary, Dr. Pledger's Oral Surgery Associates of Temecula Valley is definitely the place to go. Five Stars, I'd give more if I could! read more

It is a wonderful place, and it would be even better if the front desk staff could be a bit more courteous, if patients were given an opportunity to ask questions, and if clear instructions were provided when prescriptions are given. read more

I want to start by saying, for the past 15 years or so I've had this mounting fear for anything dental related. This is obviously led me to put some things off that shouldn't have been. I was referred to Dr. Pledger by Dr. Hauser after my crown failed. I just had my oral surgery consultation and am feeling a whole lot better. The friendly and patient demeanor radiates here. Dr. Pledger and his staff went over everything with me thoroughly. Explaining how the treatment works and what to expect over the course of treatment. I have to be sedated to get anything done and his office had no hesitation working with me. I will add updates as my treatment progresses in the hopes that someone out there who is struggling to walk into the office will be more at ease and take back their health. Update 1: Had my oral surgery on Tuesday and already feeling so much better on Thursday. Of course still a little sore but nothing I can't handle. Dr. pledger called me the same evening of my surgery to ask how I was doing but I was already asleep LOL The procedure went so smooth, the pills I had taken the morning of really helped me relax! I've never had anything help me that much before. I didn't even mind the IV needle. I honestly can't express how smoothly it went. I have an upcoming appointment to continue monitoring the bone graft progress but I can honestly say I feel so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Pledger. I'll continue to update this but seriously, if you need work done don't hesitate reaching out they are amazing! read more

I went in for a consultation regarding extractions for dentures but also had a loose molar that was causing pain. Dr. Pledger said he would extract it during the same visit. He gave me four injections to numb area. Instead of giving the local anesthesia a chance to numb, he pulled the tooth. It hurt a lot. I have had teeth pulled by other dentists and they always have waited for the anesthesia to take effect. I definitely will not be returning for further extractions. I will say that his staff is great. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Pledger and his staff. Everyone is professional and helpful. He has removed the wisdom teeth of both my children. My daughter was the first, a few years ago. She healed in record time, with no interruptions to her busy schedule. My son just recently had his wisdom teeth removed. One of the four extractions got a little puffy which made us concerned. They fit him in the schedule and he saw Dr. Pledger the next day. He cleaned the site and my son healed quickly. They are amazing and have taken excellent care of my kids. read more

Had a tooth that needed to be extracted and an implant post installed. Bone grafting material was placed at the time of extraction. Several visits along the way to make sure everything went right. Dr. Pledger took additional steps to map the tooth to garner a successful outcome. Tooth is now ready for crowning. Good self care instructions were provided along the way as well as follow up calls from Dr. Pledger the night of the extraction and the night of the implant post placement to make sure all was well. Dr. Pledger's dental assistants and front end staff are excellent; super helpful, and were great to work with. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Pledger and his office for someone in need of an extraction and-or an implant. read more

I had a molar extraction which I was dreading for months. Going into the office, I was anxious and fearful. After speaking to Dr. Pledger and his assistant, my anxiety level dropped tremendously after knowing I could be sedated for the procedure. The extraction went smoothly and I don't remember any discomfort or unpleasantness. I'm healing up well and am so very relieved to have the bad tooth out. I'll be returning for a second procedure in the next month or so, and although I'll still be nervous as it's my nature, I know I'll be in good hands. Highly recommended! read more

Got my wisdom teeth taken out last week. from the initial meeting where x-rays were taken, I knew Dr. Pledger was going to do an amazing job. he took his time to explain the entire procedure and recovery experience and sounded extremely confident in his work. 2 wisdom teeth extractions took no more than half an hour. no waiting since i was the first appt of the day. Him and his team were extremely comforting and all the nerves i had just washed away (anesthesia may have helped a bit) Recovery wasn't as bad as expected, and the follow up appointment was simple and quick. Thank you very much and hopefully I never have to be back! :) read more

I came to Dr.Pledger for preventive impacted wisdom teeth removal. The entire experience was extremely professional, caring and efficient. Looking back, this is definitely the right place to go! I felt well informed throughout the process, from the initial consultation, to surgery and post-surgery care. I was asked to fill out relevant medical information on their website prior to my first consultation. I wanted to completed the surgery without sedation and with only local anesthesia. Dr.Pledger and assistant April patiently answered all of my questions and assured me with confidence. I took antibiotics prior the surgery as directed. And I drove myself to the office the morning of surgery. The entire surgery for my impacted wisdom teeth took about 30minutes, with the first 10-15minutes mostly prepping and working through the local anesthesia process. The actual surgical removal of the impacted teeth was light speed. I was surprised how quickly and painless it was. I was only able to feel the pressure of levering to extract the tooth and not any pain. Even the local anesthesia process was relatively painless. The openings were sutured with absorbable sutures. After the surgery, I was given ice pack, gauze and instructions for care. And I was able to drive myself home without any issue. Dr.Pledger called the evening to ensure that I was doing ok and didn't have any unexpected complications. And I returned for a follow-up one week after. Now it's about 3 weeks after surgery and my removal site has healed very well. I did have an unexpected allergy to pain-killers/anti-inflammatory drugs. But the surgery was completed so flawlessly that I didn't even feel much pain afterwards and no longer needed pain killers. If you are looking for an oral surgeon who is ethical, genuine, with decades of experiences and that you can trust, I highly recommend Dr.Pledger! He and his entire staff are amazing! Thank you again! It was a great experience! read more

This office and staff is absolutely amazing. So professional, yet so friendly. Even though I was so incredibly nervous going into my surgery to get my wisdom teeth extracted, the staff and Dr. Pledger made me feel so comfortable going in. I needed invisalign braces, so Dr. Burke referred me to Dr. Pledger for extractions first--to make room for the dental implant I was going to get after the invisalign. Dr. Pledger is very soft-spoken, professional and did a great job at extracting five teeth. Obviously, no one wants to get teeth pulled, but if you are looking for a doctor with really nice ladies in the front of the house and a skilled doctor that pulls your teeth out and it doesn't hurt--Dr. Pledger is the only oral surgeon in the Inland Empire I would recommend. Thanks! I have it all now--the perfect orthodontist (Burke), oral surgeon (Pledger) and dentist (Hauser) in Lake Elsinore within a short distance of each other, too :) read more

I'm late writing this review but I went to Dr Pledger needing an extraction and a dental implant. I have horrible anxiety and I'm terrified of dentists but the doctor and his entire staff were very compassionate and professional. From explaining in detail the procedure, answering all of my questions, making sure I had adequate pain control, all the way through to the final follow up, they were excellent. I did experience a minor complication, dry socket (not Dr Pledger's fault), and when I called him, his office was closed that day but he dropped what he was doing and opened his office to see me to address my issue. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed by the care he provided. His pricing is also the best in town. If I ever need to see an oral surgeon again, I would not hesitate going back to Dr Pledger. read more

What can I say about Dr. Pledger and his staff??? Perhaps that I wish I could clone them all and have them to be at every health care provider office in my life?!?!?!? Dr Pledger was referred to me by my dentist for implants. Both Dr. Pledger and his staff are extremely professional, informative and empathetic. They know how expensive medical care can be, especially for those of us with no dental insurance and are fair and upfront with costs In my late 40s, I finally needed a wisdom tooth pulled. Turned out it was a complicated procedure, not just your basic pulling. I did have pain and swelling for over two weeks afterwards, but that is due to my age and medical condition that cause me to not heal quickly. Dr. Pledger was fantastic with both pre and post surgery care and office manager Diana was very helpful and supportive after hours! I highly recommend Dr. Pledger and will definitely return if needed! read more

There's not enough words to express what a wonderful doctor, Dr. Pledger is and what an amazing, friendly staff he has! My son, who's on the Autistic spectrum had his 4 wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Pledger interacted with my son so well during his office visits. In a day and age where most doctors really could care less about you as a patient, Dr. Pledger is a throwback to when doctors went into the medical field because they truly cared and showed it. His staff, was incredibly patient with me as a parent, when I called with a follow up question after my son's surgery and follow up appointments.
