I had read reviews of several companies prior to selecting Tradewinds Cooling but I'm so pleased that I selected them to do the job. I was quoted a price up front and told how long the job would take so that there would be no surprises. Jason arrived on the scheduled day ON TIME and let me tell you, he set my mind at ease immediately by explaining what he was going to do and why. He showed me a short video of a unit that had been neglected to the point of barely functioning. Even though I don't use my unit often, I want it to function properly and appreciate the importance of good maintenance. When you have a stranger in your home for four hours or more, it is helpful that they are friendly and courteous and Jason was all of that, plus professional and COMPETENT. The owner, Ellison, called me to ensure that everything went well and thanked me for my business. I received exceptional customer service. I am extremely happy with the services of Tradewinds Cooling and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repair, maintenance or even a full replacement if necessary. They do it all!!

I had sent him a picture of the hot water heater set up I had that was broken and needed to be replaced. I'm not familiar with plumbing so I told him what I thought I had. He very kindly explained to me that my setup was in fact a little different than I thought and asked if I had already bought the new tanks. I explained to him I had no idea what to do. He was so patient with me and even went above and beyond to call places to see if they carried what I needed and if they had it in stock for pick up. When he found what I needed, he even placed the order for me and gave me all the instructions for pick up from the warehouse. He went out of his way to help me and make sure what I got was correct. At time of install, he arrived on time and communicated well throughout the install. He even put up with my elderly father who wanted to watch everything that was going on and Isaac never made him feel bad or in the way. My dad felt like he had helped in the project and it was a real kindness that Isaac did for him. Isaac's work was beautiful and he cleaned up after like he was never there. I would recommend Isaac and Tandora Plumbing to everyone. Solid guy who works hard, goes out of his way to help ensure the job is done right and professionally. Pricing is super fair and we will be using him again in the future. Thank you for everything, Isaac

Twice a year our split A/C units were inspected and cleaned... so we thought. In August of 2022 we requested an out of cycle service because our Master Bedroom A/C was not cooling effectively. I reached out to David and he called back quickly and scheduled a visit for the next day. He arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable about how heat pump systems work. Even though his main focus is AC systems and not pool heaters, he approached the problem methodically. We checked for leaks but could not find any, so we tested the refrigerant pressure and confirmed the system was already properly charged. While restarting the heater, David noticed the compressor was clicking but not starting, which led him to suspect an electrical issue. After opening the electrical panel, we found a lizard had shorted across one of the capacitors. He tested both capacitors with a volt meter and confirmed they had failed. He immediately called a local AC supplier and ordered the replacement parts so I can get everything back up and running the next day. David is a really nice and friendly guy, and clearly knows his craft. I really appreciated the time he took to properly troubleshoot the issue instead of guessing.
