So I've been coming here for several years and I've had several dozen of massages here…read more... I've had several great girls- the last one was Helen who unfortunately isn't there anymore. My new fave is Margaret. This past year- I have added cupping to my massage. Wet cupping massage and then cupping to the end. Slightly uncomfortable to sensitive areas or area of tension at first but when the 10mins are up and the cups are removed- there are way more benefits. The only times I don't add cupping is if I have to wear something that can't hide the cupping marks or I'm going to the beach etc.

My husband and I were there for the first time as a 2nd result because our regular place was…read morebooked. I called to confirm a time and was told one thing and when we arrived it was another thing. The front desk relayed she was wrong and we waited 30-40 minutes to be put in a room. Next- we were put in a couples massage room and the massage shortly started. The pressure was very intense to the point where I rose my head to advise i was in pain. (Upper back & neck area) This was on Sunday it is now Thursday, my husband and I are both still sore and feel heavy discomfort. The massage was over and we went to check out. I used the atm to take out cash as the surcharge to use a cc was insane. I recount the money in front of the counter and when I gave her the money the front desk proceeded to ask for the tip. I found that unprofessional! A tip is not mandatory. We still gave one because of the ppl we are. However we will not be back and we do Not recommend this place.

The staff was extremely kind and even called me back after a few minutes which I appreciated. I got the 60 minute reflexology massage. The masseuse did a great job- I left feeling like I was walking on pillows. For the price and kind service, this place can't be beat. My one con would be that I wish it was more private. Although the rooms are separated, the walls aren't closed so I could hear the front desk phone ringing and the front staff opening/closing the door. That took away from the peace during the massage:/

I love this place it's my go to when I need a massage. $90 for 90 min and I usually bring cash but…read morethis time I used my card (paid $95.96). I normally bring a $100 bill and just give that and tell them to keep the change as tip. I took one star off because when I was checking out today I wrote $10 as the tip (which I always do) and the guy, who I think is the owner possibly, looked at me weird and tried to tell me how much a 90 min massage SHOULD be tipped. I don't appreciate that. As someone who's worked as a server, you should NOT tell your customers how much they have to tip and make them feel bad for not tipping what you expect. It just didn't feel nice. The only reason I will keep coming back to this place despite this is because the massage itself is AMAZING. Other than that one time moment, I love this place. Today I had Chunli (i'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) and she was AMAZING. She would check in with me and ask me if I'm okay throughout the session which I appreciated. She hit all the points of my body that really needed attention and it's like she just knew which parts needed extra attention. It was fantastic and I feel so much better afterwards. They use hot stones and a hot towel during the session. The area is very clean and when you enter they give you slides to wear when you walk in. They play calming music in the rooms which is nice. On weekdays (mon-thurs) I've been able to walk in and they can take me. Today is Friday and I had to come in at a certain time for them to take me, so it would be smart to call ahead of time and ask if you can walk in or if you need an appointment. Overall, this place is still a solid go-to for me because the massages are consistently incredible and worth it. One uncomfortable checkout interaction knocked off a star, but the quality of the service keeps me coming back.

However, we ended up waiting for over 40 minutes as for some reason, the receptionist in the front took other people that came in after us to the back. From what we heard, they were also walk-in clients, no appointments reserved prior to them coming in, so that got us feeling a bit too impatient. I really needed the massage though and my body felt so good after. I wouldn't stop by without a reservation prior if possible.
