My new fave is Margaret. This past year- I have added cupping to my massage. Wet cupping massage and then cupping to the end. Slightly uncomfortable to sensitive areas or area of tension at first but when the 10mins are up and the cups are removed- there are way more benefits. The only times I don't add cupping is if I have to wear something that can't hide the cupping marks or I'm going to the beach etc.

I recently got an MRI and other tests to find out what was happening medically. Since then I am presently resting my shoulder and being proactive in my self care including more body work. I have been to many body work experts for many years, but Hayk is the first to alleviate the pain in my shoulder. After just one session with Hayk my shoulder for the first time in years felt relief. That relief lasted for days and the second session proved to heal me even more.
