Really disappointed at the service I received. I buy the majority of my son's shoes here and all of our family needs for shorts, shirts, and CSG hoodies. Not to long ago I purchased a pair of Melos and Anthony Edwards basketball shoes for my youngest son. I didn't have the receipt but I have my Champs account with my purchase history, I have the direct date, and my card statement that I bought it there but the lady that helped me ( and she recognizes me because I always shop there ) asked if I have an account so she can pull up my record.. I was at first really happy because I have one and all my transactions are there but then she then replied that it didn't show up... And do I have another number.. waitttttt I had that same account for like a billion years and I always use the same number and email.. I mentioned I can show her my card statement and invoice so she can pull up the transaction number but I guess she is ignorant of how she can actually pull up the receipt by using my card statement and the invoice number because it shows the transaction number. So she said she can only give me credit for 69.99 instead 99.99 ( what I paid ) even though she even said she knows I bought it. I didn't give her no issues, I spoke politely to everyone, I said thank you, and I redeemed as many points as I can and bought a few shirts because after that I'm done.. never buying another pair of shoes there ever again.. shirts maybe but most likely online. but nothing else. Lost a loyal customer over pennies. She doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I've been doing retail for 28 years and I'm a Store Manager myself and I know she could've done it. I came here twice in one week and both times, 2-3 employees just standing around by the register. No greeting. No eye contact? But 5 minutes in, an Asian dude with a man bun did greet me as I was looking around... but then he went to talk to another co worker. Holding the 270's in my hand, no one to help me find my size. Until I finally gave up and walked all the way to the front of the store to ask another dude. Turns out nothing in my size so I left. In Brief: Phenomenal service, stylish athletic gear, limited training shoe selection I went to Dick's sporting goods and they were just a bunch of D***s. The employees here were very kind and helpful. The Nike jogger/sweatshirt combos are nice but expensive. A set I purchased was $217 ouch. I just wish they had a larger training shoe selection. For men's athletic shoe selection, this place can't be beat. I finally found the Shox I was looking for. They had a few styles to choose from. I went with the simple black on black so he could wear them to work if he wanted to. Customer service isn't pushy at all. They know the perfect time to walk over and ask you what size you're looking for. Since I wasn't trying them on, they got the size and I was out of there. My man loved his surprise Shox. read more

Plus I get to say I'm only the 2nd yelper to review it. muhaha Parking - it's a mall, unless it's holiday season it should be easy. Prices - Always a decent amount of sales and promotions best of all why I gave it 5 = Selection. Out of all the shoe stores in this mall this one always seems to have the most to choose from. Granted they don't have the Kobe zoom 4s...but I think its more of an exclusive rights things the shoe chains have agreed upon. I don't remember the gentleman's name who went above and beyond yo help me a young Asian kid dude you were awesome! You literally looked around the entire store to help me find the perfect shoe and honestly I have never had such good service like this before! You helped me get the black addidas with the army green on the sides! It doesn't stop there though. The lady at the cashier and the Latino guy who helped me pick the matching outfit you guys made my day! Horrible customer service! How is Sylvia the manager? She was the rudest person in the store. I took my daughter to buy a pair of Fila disruptors, she found a pair marked for $40.00. However, when we went to the register we were charged $65.00. When I questioned the discrepancy the cashier asked an asian male sales clerk to ask the manager if they could give me the shoes for $40.00, he asked Sylvia through his headset then nodded to the cashier and said go ahead. Well, the cashier informed me that the shoe was not in the "system" and I had to pay in cash?? I was thinking, ok that's weird. But since I had cash I was willing to make the purchase. The cashier then scanned the shoe and it rang up for $65.00, she then called Sylvia to the cashier to override the price for $40.00. However, when Sylvia got to the register she informed me the shoes were $65.00. I showed Sylvia the $40.00 sticker, she replied, "nope" and ripped to $40.00 sticker off. I reminded her that the sales clerk got her approval to charge me $40.00 but she denied the conversation. I proceeded to pay for the shoes at full price. As I left the store, I thought about how horrible the customer service was and turned around to make a return for my money back. I would rather pay full price or double at a different store than have that store benefit from my purchase. They should mark their shoes with the proper price or honor the listed price. Ripping the sale sticker off without an explanation is poor customer service. I will be avoiding this store in the future. read more

Came here to get shoes for my boyfriend. He has a difficult time finding shoes that are both work appropriate and comfortable. The employees are very friendly and so helpful. They went above and beyond to get the right size and comfort. Knowing they had to put all of those shoes back we were grateful with our experience. It's inside the mall so you need to find parking and walk inside the mall but it's well worth it. A bit pricey but the shoes are great! read more

A couple weeks I came here to get myself some new shoes since my old ones were getting all beat up and ruined, and long story short I don't regret coming here. The long story is that my friends recommended that I go here to get some comfortable, good looking shoes (since I'm on my feet all day for my job). When I entered the selection was fantastic. All of the shoes that most people go there to buy (Jordan's, NMD's, Ultraboosts, etc) are right there in front of you on display for you to look at. Due to this, I was instantly able to find the shoes that I was looking for due to my friend's suggestion (Ultraboost was the name of the shoe), which was nice since I didn't have to go around asking where those shoes were located. Besides the display, I wasn't greeted, no one suggested any other choices for similar shoes or anything, the only nice thing that the employees did was get me the shoe from the back of the store (which should happen regardless of the employee anyways). To me that didn't matter too much since I already knew the shoe that I was looking for in the first place, but this might be worrisome to customers who don't know much about shoes. Was in today looking for some basketball shoes for my son. They have a great selection, and many of their styles overlap with the other sports shoe stores at Sun Valley(this mall has a lot of them). Their prices are higher on some, comparable on others, and lower on some. We went through about 4 different styles and checked a couple of sizes in each. Anthony was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Single-handedly, he was the reason I decided to sit down and take the time to write a review. He worked so hard to please us, was really polite, and not pushy. When we were done comparing, we found the shoe my son wanted, but it was 20% cheaper at the first store we saw it at across the mall. But honestly, we really wanted to buy it from Anthony, since his customer service was so good. He told us he could check the price at the other store and meet it....which he did. It was a very satisfying experience to get the product we wanted, at a competitive price, from the person we wanted. Well done, Anthony! We'll be back. read more

I usually don't make bad reviews but my experience here was horrible. I usually love champs for the most part that is when when they got my kicks In stock but this time I wasn't happy at all. I went to return a online purchase and a very sweet soft spoken girl at the counter appeared to be new or unfamiliar with online returns. She Kept calling for help over the talkie to a man named "Thuc" and finally after about 5 minutes he walked up with a vey arrogant attitude and she said "can you help me do this online return I don't know how to?" And with out saying a word and believe me his look he had on his face spoke he wasn't happy with her just handed her the store cell phone. I felt very unwelcome making my online return. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes while the nice soft spoken girl waited patiently but still confused finally got to speak to someone, she then tried to do the return and it wasn't going well for her, then finally I was told to give my signature and was under the impression I would be receiving my 206 dollars back on my card, to only find out I was charged another 206 dollars.
