When the billing cycle came we were charged the highest membership level under our own name on our card. You can find better color options, customer service, and even products at competitors without worrying about membership fees.

I bought them without properly trying them on, and walked out wearing them. I walked up to the law school and realized the boots were too small on me and it hurt my feet. I studied at the law school for a few hours and decided to see if they would do an exchange for me. I went in and told them the situation, and asked if I can possibly do an exchange. They looked at the bottom of the boots and said sure, I think we can do that for you. It really made my day. I found rain boots that fit me well and I was able to walk back with dry feet. :) Thanks!
