When it hadn't arrived in the UPS window (by 645 pm), I checked tracking and it said delayed by 24 hours. I never got a notification. I knew this would mean spoiled food, so I called and emailed Grandma's. I got an email response about an hour after I emailed on Wednesday night -- they said they could not control UPS but I could wait and see if the soup was defrosted on Thursday. If it was, they would make it right. But that wouldn't have worked for the recipient. I called Thursday morning (as I thought that would be more efficient) and spoke to a woman who would not let me get a word in. Evidently, it was the owner of the company who was more interested in being unpleasant than listening. My real concern was Grandma's blaming UPS -- I simply called to cancel the order. But she took a very aggressive tone, got very personal and hung up me (then refunded the order, which was good). And yes, the soup was delivered completely thawed, so would have been tossed anyway, it came over 24 hours late. So 72 hours from ordering. And looking at some of the poor reviews, the reaction I got from the owner is not unusual. Blame the carrier, be rude to the customer. It's a shame, because the first two deliveries were fine. I'll be choosing another soup company moving forward.

She was being released in a hour. Went to this place called Milton's with my friend. We were looking at the sales area. I am always looking for a bargain. Well this man approached us with such a hostile attitude. I am a white man and my friend is a black man. I honestly could not believe how he treated us. He was so racist towards us.Of course we are both very polite men. We ignored his ignorance towards us. My friend went through the store I found a shirt and purchased it. I mentioned something about the ICE building down the street I was just saying that it was in a nice area. But for some reason this worker named Mike W. Was an ass to me. I was as polite as I always am. He called the police on me saying I was threatening to harm ICE. I would never say anything like that. The nerve of him to use my contact information off the receipt to give to the police department. They called me in which I told them I have know problems with the ICE agents. I was very polite and understood that they were only doing their job. This man should be fired. I will be back to return this shirt.
