But, surprisingly the store was fully stocked, well organized and full of great stuff. I bought two pair of shoes, a couple of running shorts, gym gear and a hat for less than $120 bucks! Talk about a deal...Anyone who knows about a Nike store, you can pay that price for just one pair of shoes or hoodie alone!! LOL! The floor plan is open which is great for accommodating large crowds, and this place tends to get crowded for sure but, what I've noticed is that the lines at check out move fast and they tend to have a good rotation of inventory. There were a couple of items on the floor where I needed a different size and one of the staff members were able to check their stock and pull the size I needed from the inventory room. I really appreciated that as to he could've been lazy, and not even bother to put forth the effort, giving that the store was so crowded. In all, easy to shop because of the set up and attentive staff. Also, great prices and return policy. The store is large, clean with lots of rotating stock and items for a factory outlet store. We had trouble with some ski boots purchased at sun and ski being tight on the front of the foot…read more We went back to sun and ski, totally expecting to have to plead our case for someone to help. Instead, we got great customer service and sympathetic and helpful ski boot fitter. Alex waz great and she listened and helped. She heat molded the boot, putting a piece of foam around the front of the foot, so the boot molding could expand more when heated. We went back skiing the next day and the fix worked amazing. My daughter said the boots felt great and the tightness was gone.

At my last visit in August, I waited a while before an associate assisted me with a scan to do an assessment of which type of shoes I should purchase, stability or neutral. I requested that the scan be emailed to me, but it never was. Over the last week or two, I tried calling to request it. I tried calling closer to closing thinking it would be lighter for them to assist me. The line went unanswered after many rings. This week, I decided to call at 10 a.m. this past Monday when they open. Cerise answered and put me on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up and called again. She said it was busy and got my info and said she would return my call in 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went. It's now Friday and still no call. I even left a voicemail later this week. The automated system said calls are returned in 24 hours. Apparently that is false. I decided to go into the store at opening and finally got what I needed. Shawn, the manager, was friendly and helpful. Two recommendations I have is that they need to hire more staff and do a better job of answering the phone and returning calls. I gave them three stars because the service when I am in the store is exceptional.
