Had my awning done end of October 2020. Joseph refused to placed the 3rd poll in the middle, that i was charged for. Monday 1rst of February 2021 it collapsed in the middle where the supposed to be poll was not necessary. I reach them first to use my 2years warranty, forget about it, they offer to help on my deductible thought they were responsive, then when i told them my deductible and what insurer told me ( that a third poll will have prevent this situation Guess what!!! This company is the worse and I would never recommend them. They jerk ur chain from the moment they take your down payment to the time they put in the awning. I was reluctant to give a half deposit but what was more scary is Alex asked for it to be made out to cash....red flag number one. Alex then promised me a 3 week turn around which is clearly written on my contract and that turned into a 6 week turnaround time. When I called to follow up with Alex on the date and time because I hadn't heard from them he gave me such attitude for even calling and was very confrontational. We ended the call with him saying someone would call me by the end of day the next day; that did not happen! I called back the following Monday and left a message because he didn't take my call....no response...red flag number two. I called the next day and he gave me the installers number to call them directly for my date and time. The installer gave me a date 3 more weeks out and said it was due to covid. Red flag number 3....Alex said they would take down the old awning minus any wood and take it away. Well that DID not happen...the installer refused then called Alex to confirm and Alex denied it but then slipped up in the conversation and said he told me he couldn't take wood; which solidified the fact we had the discussion. The installer then took only the metal pipes and left the old awning cover and the wood. Later that day I see my grass is all burnt up where the installer rested the old awning cover on my grass in the hot sun so now I got 2 awnings....the one they installed and the burnt in image of my old one in my grass grrrrrrrr I would never use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else not even my worst enemy. read more

I rarely write reviews but this company jerked me around too long I had an awning installed in front of my house and a room enclosure in the back Everything went good in the beginning You have to pay half before they begin the job and the other half when they are finished Fine I did that Everything looked good when it was done Then we noticed a leak in the front awning I called Alex and told me that he would get the guys to fix it Guess what......still waiting Called him so many times that he doesn't answer my calls anymore He takes the money and the heck with customer service I agree with the recent review I would never recommend champion awnings to anyone Once they get paid you are on your own read more

June 2019 Champion Awnings / AIex Installed an Electric Retractable Awning for Backyard Patio. On July 2019, The Awning Collapsed Dangling off, with Screws and Bolts out of Wall, making the Heavy Awning a Structural Hazard and ready to Fall down. The Awning Company / Alex Did Not Respond back and Did not Come and Fix the Collapsed Awning for a Few Days and on July 2019, The Awning Company had to manually Roll up the Collapsed Awning, Remove from Wall, and Then Re-Installed, The Awning company sent a Worker to Program the Remote for the Awning. Upon Opening the Awning, on the Awning Fabric were two Rips/Tear and a Hole. This New Problem with Fabric Was not like this Prior to The Awning Collapsing. The Awning Company / Alex sent text message saying That it could be from a Screw Rubbing into the Fabric, The Same Screw that he Used to ReInstall the Awning 2nd Time. Since Day one On The Sale and Deposit money Given to Alex for A New Awning, there have been quite a Few Discrepencies that the Awning Company / Alex Failed to Honor that was Discussed on Date of Sale of Contract. The Awning Company / Alex Now Refusing to Fix This Damaged Fabric. Money for New Awning was Paid to Awning Company / Alex but Awning Company / Alex Unwilling to Resolve Fix Damages. The Services on Re-Installation Weakened the Fabric for Awning, Now the Awning Comapany / Alex Not Willing to make Correct. Services And Product were Not Honored. I am left Now with Damaged Awning. I Do Not Recommend Champion Awnings to Anyone. They have rescheduled 9 times! This has been going on for a month! They refuse to refund my deposit. Each time I stay home, no show, no call. I can't attest to their work because they haven't done anything. I'm not unreasonable, I can understand reshceduling maybe once or twice, but this is ridiculous! They were supposed to be here this mornings between 10 & 11, it is now after two. I have contacted the company and they have not responded. I would not recommend this company. read more

Very knowledgeable staff. It took me three months to finalize my awning building plans and permit before we finally signed the contract and they were checing in and helping me the whole way through which other companies were not wiling to do without a downpayment. I am so happy with the completed job. read more
