I have hired these guys on at least 4 or 5 occasions. A few things:…read more - they are not the cheapest, so probably not your choice for doing a small banner or something very simple. - they are good for large and complicated jobs that I had to do for my clients (light boxes, lit led letters, multiple signs etc) - they are an actual shop. In other words I have visited them multiple times. They have a large facility on first floor and office upstairs. They are not outsourcing your work. - you CAN negotiate. This is brooklyn after all :) and you can negotiate in Brooklyn. - speed - well they are not the fastest, because they are busy and in a typical Brooklyn style customer service - they will sometimes tell you that ;) Having said all that - the jobs that they did were always of very high quality of workmanship and in the 5 or so years I have been retaining their services they did not let me down and have any of my clients complain about the quality (complain about speed :) yes that happened, but at the end they were happy).

We were very disappointed with this company. We purchased a small replacement awning and a new…read moremetal door. We showed the salesperson how to finish the bottom framing of the door and signed a contract. The door was not installed as agreed and there was an issue with the molding not affixed properly. We called for a repair visit and no one returned our call. Then we made an appointment for 12-3 , but no one called or came. We called back at 4:45 and were assured someone would be there that day. No one came. We made another appointment and the service man came, but claimed he wasn't given any parts. After a few minutes of discussion another employee came out of the same truck with the parts. That person then complained about the measurements, which had been taken by their salesperson, as being wrong and he had a negative attitude. I would not recommend this company.
