He measured and gave me a price and I left deposit. He told me by next Saturday it would be done. To be honest I had doubts because it's made to order. I didn't get my hopes up. Come the following Thursday he showed up with a crew and did an impeccable job installing it. Two hours shy of one week from signing contract. I have absolutely no complaints. I recommend using the architect he normally works with to make sure the permit and inspection process go smoothly. You do need to find someone else to lay the decking part, unless you are going with an all-metal deck. We are thrilled with how it came out. He did by sealed it properly when he installed it and now in order to fix it he's asking for $275 for service only not including parts! What a shame that people like this are still in business
