Dave and his crew were even able to help us change the bulbs on our lights that are above where the awning was going to be hung. The doors to the balcony had started to rot due to poor calking. The damage was more extensive than I thought. John and his team were great. They recommended composite doors as well as installed a stainless steel sill underneath that would prevent the type of damage I experienced from happening again. We were always able to get it working with some "TLC", but this year was different. Nothing we did could get the motor to operate properly.
