Dave and his crew were even able to help us change the bulbs on our lights that are above where the awning was going to be hung. My home was built in 1920 and the Spanish tile roof has been in place since then with no issue. JB…read moreadded the same roof to the extension they added to my home using tiles removed from the garage years ago when the roof was changed combined with new tiles to fill in what was needed. Since 1920 the roof has had no problems. Since two years ago when JB installed the new portion, there are several rows of tiles that are slipping down the roof and are now hanging over the edge of the roof by about 6". All of the tiles on top of those hanging over the edge are now sliding down from the roof line. There are also several cracked and chipped tiles. I now have to have another company come in to repair the crap job they did. I paid over $50k for an extension whose roof is sliding off, has a non matching window in it, and not to mention that I had to have my father come and renail the plywood sheeting because 75% of the nails that were supposed to be holding it onto the house were driven in on either side of the studs or not anywhere even close to the stud. The only reason I was able to fix it was because JB refused to finish the stucco finish on the third wall because they felt that a neighbors car was in their way. My father was able to set up a scaffolding consisting of two ladders and a plank of wood for him to walk on in this "way too small of a space". So, the work they completed was crap and then they just left stuff undone because they were too lazy to figure out how to get it done. Every time I look at this extension I get so mad that I could just scream. Please be warned. Do not use this awful company. Not sure if I can post a pic, but if I can I will show you my "melting" roof.

However, once the blinds had arrived V-Lonne couldn't get in to install them for almost a month. They also had a scheduling problem with a worker and had to cancel our appointment after my wife had taken off of work to meet them, after waiting for a month. Overall they are nice people, and very good and efficient at what they do. But the long wait times for an install and then the cancellation just knocked it down a touch. The person on the phone was apologetic and they tried to get in ASAP after the cancellation, which was good. Happy overall, good company!
