Looks used - I have to pull the door hard to even use the key as it's so badly misaligned -wobbly knob at the top. -feel ripped off. Update: 4/26/24 they came back 3 times to buff out the rusts, but it's not 100% correct. They tried to make things right but it's not quite there and it should've been installed and made correctly the 1st time or at least fixed after the 2nd time.
