Did few things, knocked on the bog cover, and I don't know how, but like magic the old shutter came back to life. It started slowly opening till it got to the top. Just some maintenance Bill told me. He brought a bucket with grease and started working. Try again he asked. I turned the key and the shutter went down. Now open again, let it wake up he said. And it did!
