My parents' roof was leaking and I needed a roofer urgently…read more I found Hugh after spending a weekend searching for an honest, reliable roofing company. He came out the same day I called, got up on the roof, and showed me the old membrane along the parapet walls was peeling off, letting water in behind it. That explained the leak. Hugh was honest and easy to deal with, and answered all my questions over text. Once he saw how bad the roof was, he prioritized fitting me in earlier than usual. The job was done just 5 days after the inspection, even with a skylight that had to be special ordered. Jorge and his crew did the work. They showed up at 8:30am and worked until 7:20pm to finish in one day. Jorge was friendly and happy to answer questions, and even after such a long day they took time to inspect everything and cleaned up after themselves. They replaced the roofing, installed the new skylight, replaced the rear gutter, and removed the old barbed wire. Price was fair for the amount of work and how fast they got it done. Two weeks and some rain later, no leaks. Everything looks good, and it's a relief knowing my parents don't have to worry every time it rains. Thanks Hugh, Jorge, and the crew!

Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Any minor changes, questions or concerns were addressed, adjustments thoroughly resolved. Their work helped transform the appearance of the dingy dank basement and now, a light, clean open space. It resembles a model showroom! Corsa Construction is a gem of a company. They were one of our best finds, absolute professionals…read morewith a fantastic team of skilled workers. It took us a long time to find the right company to do work for us. We knew what we wanted to have done. We did a lot of research to understand what our projects required. We wanted to be able to focus on the specific projects at hand and everything to be done the right way with the correct materials. We knew that we wanted a company that was versatile because we had different projects to tackle. We definitely did not want to hire a company that would outsource other contractors or workers. That was one of our main concerns. Corsa Construction Inc really fulfilled our check list. We met with the owner of the company and he really answered our questions and listened to our concerns. We spoke about the scope of our projects and we spoke about the types of materials that were needed for the job and we knew that we were on the same page. He was very easy to talk to very polite and attentive which is very important because if we couldn't talk to him during our first meeting we would never have moved forward. Everything just clicked into place. I have to say they are not the cheapest but they charge a fair price for the work that they do. Their prices were somewhat close to what we expected. Which made us feel even more comfortable with our choice. You literally get what you pay for. They have been working for us since Sept 2017. We started with having pointing work done in front of the building. Their work was very impressive. We decided to move forward with other projects and problems that we had to get fixed. Their project manager has a lot of very good ideas on how to tackle any situation that we encounter, plus we still have more work to be done. Today, we are still working Corsa Construction and we have been very happy with their work. Like absolute true professionals they show up every day like clockwork unless the weather is bad. If we have any questions or concerns they address it immediately. When doing large construction projects it can really be nerve wracking but working with Corsa so far has really put our minds at ease. We really developed a long term relationship with this company and now we are very happy to have a company that we can comfortably call for future projects.

He exclaimed a minimum of 2 men are required and it will take all day! REALLY? His estimate to CLEAN the debris from the roof gutters (3 sides) came to $750! REALLY? Honest business here? I then asked him what it would cost to clean my next door neighbor's roof gutters so that I can capitalize of some economies of scale here. The estimator then lowered his price to $450/house. REALLY?
