Any time I asked for updates, I got excuses, usually blaming health issues. If that's the case, it should be stated in the contract not used to vanish for months at a time. Here's what most people don't realize: you don't even get to choose your Doberman. The breeder chooses for you, so after waiting endlessly (with no refund option), you're stuck with whatever dog you're given. And to top it off, my dog came with serious issues oversized, structural problems, and even arrived neutered without my consent. After all that money and waiting, it's absolutely unacceptable. I love my dog now, but the conditions and the process were a nightmare. There are plenty of reputable breeders out there who care about their dogs and their clients Battle Bone is not one of them. Buyer beware. The one star is literally for my dog because even though he came down, I still love him.

I reached out multiple times to see if there was any other puppy's from my dogs litter that also had the same issues and was told it was only my dog. When I got my puppy I took him in to the vet the next day because he was popping blood. I was told by the breeder that it was normal. He had coccidia, was not reimbursed for treatment for our puppy since we were told it's "normal" for puppies to have coccidia. The case was pretty severe as it took two rounds of antibiotics to get rid of it. Since then it's been never ending allergies, GI, and neurological health issues. I know my dog is now on borrowed time due to all these issues regarding his health which is devastating. I will continue to give him the best veterinary care and life while I still can. Grateful we were the ones that ended up with him because I don't know many people who would continue to pay the amount of money in veterinary care/ rehab we have thus far for a dog that is only 3 years old.

Both are now healthy but we spent over $1400 on vet bills and medication and Puppy Heaven / the Support@PuppyHeaven.com will not contact us back so that we can be reimbursed for the sick puppies. I have made complaints to the Nevada Consumer Affairs, Nevada Attorney General, and the BBB, and I am going to do a complaint to the Nevada Department of Agriculture.

If we humans ever forget how to size someone up, just watch our animals. They knew immediately that Liliana and Eddie were good people, and so did we.
