Selling sick puppies that also have parasites: My wife and I bought 2 puppies on 8/23/26, later…read morethat night both started coughing, we took both of them to the emergency vet on 8/24/26 and both were tested, we also took them to our regular vet for more testing, on the 26th, both had Mycoplasma PCR (respiratory infection), Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Coccidia (intestinal parasite), and one also had Canin Parainfluenza a highly contagious respiratory infection. Both are now healthy but we spent over $1400 on vet bills and medication and Puppy Heaven / the Support@PuppyHeaven.com will not contact us back so that we can be reimbursed for the sick puppies. I have made complaints to the Nevada Consumer Affairs, Nevada Attorney General, and the BBB, and I am going to do a complaint to the Nevada Department of Agriculture.

Pumping and dumping these cats for cash but don't have the funds to take care of them adequately. the hygiene of these poor babies is essentially nonexistent. Kim told me my cat had allergies and that's why there was congestion in her eyes but it was really upper respiratory infection which was what the vet told me the same day I took her home. her teeth were black just like other purchasers said was for the same for their cat. Kim told me to clean my cats every 2-3 days but glamours ears had never been cleaned and she was 8 weeks she had globs of ear wax in her ears and she had never had a bath until that day and Kim told me to bathe her once a week. Kim deceived me and took my $ she presents paperwork to make her seem legit but it's all fraud it's not legitimate and she's. Not a registered business. After talking to several staff members, at different times, I felt reassured that Delta Airlines handled many pups to Philadelphia Airport and that they are handled with VIP care. So, I decided my obsession out weighed my fears for a Schnauzer puppy . I must say that Lexi arrived happy, energetic and full of love. As promised on their website, they called a few days to make sure Lexi was doing well and to see if I had any questions or concerns. My vet said she was so healthy she did not need any of the medications she came with as a precaution.

When we first brought Chewie home, we were very worried because he had a cough and needed medical care. As a new puppy owner, it was stressful and scary because all we wanted was for him to be healthy, comfortable, and okay. I am thankful that Puppy Boutique Las Vegas did not ignore our concerns and helped make sure Chewie received care through the clinic they partnered with. I also want to thank Calvin for being friendly and helpful during the process. Even though the beginning was stressful, I appreciate that they stayed involved and helped with Chewie's health. I also want to give credit to Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping treat Chewie and taking care of him. Because of their care, Chewie is doing much better now, and that has been a huge relief for us.
