Tried calling store over 15 times that day.. said call couldn't be completed... since the puppy was financed, the finance company had to give me the name and number of the owner...Richard Pena... I left him a message... was ignored... I finally emailed them and got a call back... lady was repugnant at best! Rude and smirky... stating that I signed for the puppy and it's mine... she insisted on overpowering the conversation..that wasn't going to happen with me... so she stated that since I'm not letting her speak, ( to reiterate how it's now my problem I have a dog with genetic reproductive issues...) that she was hanging up. She hung up. Then she texted me to read my contract and invited me to reach out to the Nevada advocacy. I needed no invite.. I will be filing a complaint with all gov entities and will be filing a chargeback for the nearly $3,000.00 they took from me. This issue was easily identifiable if the puppy had been seen by a reputable vet. If they had disclosed the matter up front, that also would have been avoidable. Now, I cannot breed this puppy ... see screenshot of their text vs our vet medical notes! They absolutely do not care! This place needs to be shut down! Shame on them! Hope they are ready to deal with their unethical business practices! And they will not be keeping my money. Oh .. and the puppy has kennel cough and they insisted it didn't and their vet confirmed it didn't! They need a new vet... apparently other reviews here share similar " kennel cough " issues! They need a visit from the State of Nevada....or perhaps the local news stations as well! Update; Aug 11, 2025 they refunded me most of my money... I paid a small fee... I closed the account... then Aug 13, 2025 they rebilled what they credited ... they are scammers... finance company is now investigating this malicious fraud! Shame on them! Laura and Kim green are running a kitty mill essentially. Pumping and dumping these cats for cash but don't have the funds to take care of them adequately. the hygiene of these poor babies is essentially nonexistent. Kim told me my cat had allergies and that's why there was congestion in her eyes but it was really upper respiratory infection which was what the vet told me the same day I took her home. her teeth were black just like other purchasers said was for the same for their cat. Kim told me to clean my cats every 2-3 days but glamours ears had never been cleaned and she was 8 weeks she had globs of ear wax in her ears and she had never had a bath until that day and Kim told me to bathe her once a week. To be fair,…read morewhen we noticed at the store that the puppy was coughing and hacking, they were honest enough to admit that he did have a cough and described it as mild. Calvin was also friendly during the process and helped us get the puppy we wanted, which I appreciated. That being said, when you purchase a new puppy, especially for the amount these dogs cost, you expect the animal to be healthy, properly cared for, and ready for a new home. Unfortunately, after a month, my puppy is still coughing and hacking despite already going through 2 courses of antibiotics and 2 courses of steroids, we have been back and forth in vet clinic. Recently he also started having bowel irritation with mild blood in his stool, which has been stressful and concerning as a new owner. I do appreciate that they have communicated with my girlfriend from time to time regarding updates and concerns, and I also want to give credit to Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping care for him throughout this process. However, one thing that bothered me was that I was the one who paid for the dog in cash, yet most direct responses were not given to me and communication mainly went through my girlfriend instead. At this point, this situation will not be taken lightly. We love this puppy and are doing everything we can to help him recover, but no new owner should have to deal with ongoing medical concerns shortly after bringing home a new puppy. I truly hope he fully recovers, and I will continue updating this review depending on how things progress. If these health issues continue unresolved, I'm considering next steps regarding this situation.

After doing extensive research on the internet, I ran across 24KDoodles. I truly believe God directed me to Mandi and Jerry. I watched several of their Live programs on one of their platforms and fell in love with the amount of care, knowledge and time that they put into Mandi's Midwoofery program! We decided to get a pup from their Vegas Strong group. After watching all the pups for a few more weeks, they were finally old enough to complete their Volhard testing. Once done, Mandi scheduled a FaceTime with me and went over each of the pups results, so our family could make a more educated decision on which puppy would best fit in with our pack. Before the testing, there were two male puppies that I liked equally well but the testing sealed the deal for us and we chose our Jack! We still had a couple more weeks until we were able to pick up Jack at 8 weeks old so I was able to watch his growth progress on one other platforms as they go live on a pretty regular basis. Mandi and Jerry prepare their puppies for nothing but success when they go home with their new human families. At 6 weeks old Jack was litter box trained. That means no accidents in the house and we could start training him to go outside once he has all of his vaccinations from his veterinarian after 16 weeks and 3 days. It's a simple as taking some of the soiled litter out of his box and putting it in the corner of the yard where we want him to go permanently. They also get the pups ready for car travel and loud noises. When we picked up Jack we had a 5-hour drive back to our house. He could not have been more well adjusted to a vehicle at 8 weeks old. He slept over half the time and he went potty in his box and did not cry once. The first night we had him home we had prepared ourself and we're ready to have a crying baby all night long since it was his first night away from his brothers and sisters. It never happened! He slept the whole night without crying and when he did wake up it was to drink water chew on a toy for a few minutes and then go back to sleep. Mandy and Jerry educated me on what to provide check with so he would say stimulated and active while he was awake and want to rest when it was sleep time. Last night was the second night with Jack and I woke up every hour like he was a new baby, wanting to check on him to make sure he was ok. Every time he was sleeping away! In all our years of having new puppies, and we've had a total of five in 35 years, we have never had one so well adjusted and perfect for our family! We could never thank Mandi and Jerry enough for what they have provided us with! Their knowledge with Goldendoodles and puppies is priceless! When it comes time for a second one, there is no where else that we will go except to 24 Karat Doodles!
